#16 SANDRA WEBER: Kundalini Yoga
"It was really deep, and it was different, and somehow something was working inside of me"⁠ 🧘🏼‍♀️⁠ ⁠  "Sat Nam" is used in Kundalini Yoga like the usual "Om" and means "True Self". And this is exactly what Kundalini Yoga is all about - the recognition of the true core behind the facade. ⁠It doesn't look like normal yoga tho, it can actually look pretty weird.⁠ ⁠🤪⁠ ⁠In Kundalini-Yoga a very special power 💪🏻 is awakened, which lies in all of us: the so called Kundalini energy. If you awaken it within yourself, you can make profound changes. Your level of energy will rise ⬆️ from zero to one hundred and you will become more alert, more conscious, more perceptive and more intuitive.⁠ 😉⁠ Most of the time your eyes are closed. It's not about what others do, but it's about looking invert, what YOU do. #15 SANDY KAUFMANN: Limiting beliefs

#5 HYPNOTHERAPY works.
I am thrilled to share this episode that is all about Hypnotherapy.  Hypnosis is a natural, familiar and relaxed state of concentration. The breathing becomes more regular and slows down. The heart rate and the blood pressure also decreases. This condition we know from Pranayama breathing technique, a meditation state from yoga.
