How does art move you?
After reading the book Memoirs of a Geisha again, I realized how art can move us in more ways than one. Whether it's going to see a dance performance, going to an art gallery, watching a movie, art is all around us if we are open to seeing it. And there are so many ways to create art. Join me as I talk about different ways of creating and learning.

Are you too comfortable? Do you try new things or are you afraid to?
We as humans tend to stay where we are comfortable because it just feels good and it's too hard or painful to change. But what if we tried one new thing this month? Maybe a new recipe or medium? What if we tried watercolors instead of oils? Or started to take dance lessons or played the instrument we always wanted to play (the one we make our kids play) . Join me as I talk about how you can try one new thing and see how much it will enrich your life, like it did mine!

Start your own Art Journey and Manifest your Dreams! How I started my own art journey several years ago and how you can too.
What is an art journey? What can you do to start one today? How can creating an art journey manifest your own dreams? I will share everything I have done and how it has helped me on my artistic/creative journey.

500 Million Dollars of Stolen Art! Lessons I learned from visiting this gorgeous museum in Boston.
I love to travel and discover new places. When my dear friend took me to the Isabella Stewart Gardner museum, I was in awe. Then I heard about the heist that happened where 500 million dollars of art was stolen! I will share that story with you in this podcast and the key lessons I learned by Isabella Stewart Gardner. Sometimes the best medicine in life is travel and art. It's that simple!

Letting Go of Control

Do you believe in Miracles? I have a very inspiring story for you!
After seeing my cousin in a coma after a stroke and at times losing hope we slowly started seeing signs of miracles in process. I truly believe that no matter what happens in life that we must never lose hope and to always see the miracles that are going on all around us, big or small.

Just Jump! Feeling the fear and doing it anyway. This story will inspire you.
I remember watching a video on Steve Harvey and how he gave a speech to JUST JUMP! It really changed my perspective on a lot of things. When my son told me to do the same as I was looking down 12ft into a Cenote I was terrified but I thought of Mr. Harvey in that moment. Sometimes we need to just feel the fear and just do it! You will love this episode, please listen until the end and please share with anyone you know will be inspired by it.

Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway! How I was afraid to try something new with my art but did it anyway

Never Giving up and 3 key lessons I learned from swimmer Diana Nyad
The following year, at the age of 64, Nyad made yet another attempt, aided by a 35-person support team that included Bonnie Stoll, her coach and former partner. After 52 hours 54 minutes 18.6 seconds, Nyad completed the epic swim on September 2. In the ensuing days, however, some critics faulted her for not following strict guidelines known as the English Channel rules, which forbid distance swimmers to ever make contact with another person or a support boat. While Nyad acknowledged being touched by members of her support team as she donned or removed specialized gear that protected her against dangerous jellyfish stings—gear that she deemed “a lifesaving necessity”—she insisted that such contact was incidental and that she never touched a boat during the swim.
Nyad was the author of several books, including the memoirs Other Shores (1978) and Find a Way (2015), the latter of which focuses on her historic swim. She was also the subject of the documentary The Other Shore (2013) and the biopic Nyad (2023), which starred Annette Bening in the title role and Jodie Foster as Bonnie Stoll. Nyad was inducted into the International Marathon Swimming Hall of Fame in 1978 and the International Women’s Sports Hall of Fame in 2006.

Part 2 of my interview with Jessica Schiller, Serendipitous Moments and Expressing Yourself
In this episode, Sheryl Benjy shares how her art is more than just the tangible piece she creates, but more of a moving meditation and a process that invites play through creativity and emoting the experience.
In the emoting, Sheryl helps people heal through trauma and challenging life experiences in both the creative process + by immersing in the piece as a divine reminder that the spirit always remains.
I personally connected with Sheryl through a painting of one of the hostages following the events on October 7th and was so deeply moved by how she uses her art to express what cannot be put into words, and evokes this same feeling in both the families of the victims and the entire community at large who feels so helpless in such a tragic time.
She also speaks so beautifully to the dynamic of being both Iranian and Jewish, and how this interplay of ancestral experiences continues to influence her artistry in a way that moves others to become more resilient and feel peace amidst the chaos.

The pros and cons of AI art and how you can use it in your work with Mary Ann Benoit
Her Interior Designs are not just about aesthetics; they create magic by intertwining art, science, and energy with a foundation built on energy. She sculpts spaces that resonate with and support their inhabitants to be aligned with who they truly are. Her ethos? "When your space is better, you are better. When you are better, the world is better. And the world needs you”. Her style? “Globally inspired, soulfully aligned.” Using the lively color spectrum of global styles, combined with her energy-infused AI and fractal art collages with subliminal energy messages, Mary Ann's designs are more than just visually appealing; they're a testament to one's spirit and uplift and support you to reach your highest potential.
Drawing inspiration from her 30-year tenure as a wildlife biologist, nature's splendor is intricately woven into her designs. As Alaska's exclusive Certified Color Strategist, she elevates color choices to an art form using color science. Her energy art, rooted in sacred geometry,
serves as a design foundation, resonating deeply with its beholders through subliminal supportive energy messages coming through layers of energy infused fractal art.
