On today's show we are joined by Sam, Joey and Dave from Coventry's incredible new state of the art leisure facility opening spring 2019.
The Wave’ complex is a 600 capacity high octane water park in Coventry City Centre, which incorporates six thrilling rides, wave pool, lazy river & toddler area. In addition, there are state-of-the-art fitness facilities, including a 25 metre pool, squash courts, and the tranquil Mana Spa, which includes treatment rooms & heat experiences. The facilities also include a Bistro with an alfresco dining area.
On the show we talked about what the facility will have to offer along with some really valuable insights on how to get and stay motivated on your health and fitness goals in the year ahead.

Ajay started his career as a regional manager in one of the largest home-grown personal care companies in India. He immigrated to the UK in 1989 and secured a Masters in Business Administration with a focus on the EU and international marketing.
Ajay has a long standing interest in training from his training and enterprise background and has led several transnational EU projects in the fields of International trade skills, Entrepreneurship, Automotive & Electric Vehicles, ICT and Environmental Technologies.
Ajay has been involved in a wide variety of voluntary and charitable work within the primary care trust, governor in a local school, president of a community voluntary organisation, setting up scholarships for students and setting up a school in India.
Ajay became the Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber’s Trade Director in 2015 and is responsible for overseeing International Trade delivery in Coventry & Warwickshire.
Ajay has a breadth of experience and has been with the Chamber for 21 years leading the 6 West Midlands international trade teams on ICT, Life Sciences, Diversity and India. He has lead trade Visits to Australia, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, India, Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, the USA, Continental & Eastern Europe and the Caribbean.
