Epi-34 The Right and Wrong Way with Demichael

Epi 34 Sold Not Told had Demichael BR native drop in on the podcast to talk about how one of the funniest most outgoing people from the inner Baton Rouge area and ended up being a patrol officer for EBRPD. Demichael by natural nature could reenact Martin Lawrence does all his police movies and not miss a beat to give you an idea of how unrealistic it sounds for him to serve and protecting, for now, six years.

Demichael and I conversed about a lot from running the streets and defining the definition of a street dude, losing his mom and their house having to live with friends, plus being the first person to graduate high school and college. How does the funniest person in the school have a backup plan as a police officer?

I met Demichael at Scotlandville High playing football and training together and he was always an outspoken, outgoing, fun to be around a person that has always had people skills. Throughout the podcast, you'll hear his daughter Mai'Kel one of his two daughters trying to grab his attention from the podcast. A major takeaway from the conversation was defining who you are loyal to in your lifestyle and asking Demichael what he feels the BRPD field needs to mend the relationship with the communities they serve.

Epi 33 Sold Not Told had Coach Vic Nichols of Tampa, Florida to drop in on the podcast to share with us the story of his ten-year-plus career in speaking, consulting, and motivational speaking that has inspired him to become a speaker and an entrepreneur who has created the purpose addicts podcast and multiple other businesses with his family to create tangible generational wealth.
Coach Vic and I spoke about personal pitches on clubhouse and its ability to create massive reach with consistency and intentionality. We spoke on having "callings" to do things in life and how do we seem to draw them in and identify them as purpose and what would be indicators of when you feel like have found your direction or purpose in life. Vic also mentioned how as people we are creatures of habit and some people are spiraling out of control of their life because they lack good habits in life that produce positive returns to them. Coach Vic and I met in a beginners podcast room on clubhouse where he shared some information to the room that I thought I was the only one that knew about that in the podcasting industry. Following a couple of DM's and we set up a consultation zoom call and we instantly clicked on purpose and how there is a major need for passionate purposeful people in the world of today. I had to have Coach Vic on the podcast for his energy, perspective, and motivational approach towards life.
