Springwell Sundays
By Springwell Church

Out of My Hands
We’ve been told we have to trust God. Most of us believe we should and probably really want to, but how do we do that? What does a life of trusting God really look like? I may look different than you thought.

The Ramifications of the Test
None of us like tests. We didn’t like them in school, and the tests we face as adults in life can oftentimes feel overwhelming and even cruel. What if, though, the tests of our faith weren’t God being cruel at all, but actually God showing his goodness and giving us something we can’t get any other way? Because that’s exactly what they are.

Is This It?
Have you ever felt like maybe God broke a promise to you? You made it on the other side of something and thought, “This is it?!” Maybe you had in your mind what he was going to do for you but he didn’t seem to do it. God will often do things we didn’t predict. So, how do you learn to trust him? How do you lean into him and keep believing even when the promise seems slow or even impossible?

The Story Continues
Springwell Church was founded almost 30 years ago as a safe place for the broken, hurt, and left out. All of these years later, it continues to be a place for those people to find life in Jesus. One thing is clear, God continues to use Springwell in incredible ways, and, He's just getting started.

This Verse Changed My Life
Scripture is truly amazing. It has the power to transform our hearts and minds every time we read it. It embodies the truth and reveals God's heart to us. Some verses seem to speak more loudly than others. Whether it's a verse that comes at just the right time or a verse that connects you to God's heart when you need it most, scripture can literally change our lives.

Is Sunday Coming?
There are often challenging and desperate times when waiting for change can feel hopeless. We may begin to wonder, "Will this ever get better?" The resurrection of Jesus reminds us that there is hope even when things feel hopeless because Jesus has risen! Hold on, your Sunday is coming!

41
New seasons of life are tough. On one hand, we often want things to change, on the other, the unknown can be a bit scary. The good news? New seasons don’t have to be dreaded. What if new seasons could serve as a reminder of what God is doing and who he is? Change is coming and 41 is going to be a good one!

Gummy Bears & Giants
It may not be a 9 foot tall giant named Goliath, but we all face something we feel like is bigger than us. We all have people that we feel like have decided to be our enemy. Where do we fight our greatest battles, though? How do we fight the biggest giant in our lives and win?

Don't Let Go
Are you trying to hold on to faith? Are you beginning to doubt what you’ve been taught about God? Are you confused as to what to pray and where he is? This is a message about how constant pursuit of an ever present God will lead to what you really always wanted.

It Happened For A Reason
When life feels wrecked, if we’re honest, we have a lot of questions for God. We wonder why it happened and what he’s doing as we’re going through it. What if I told you that questions are good, but the right questions are better? What if we could ask the right questions and see that it all happens for a reason?

Pieces of Peace
Peace that surpasses understanding. That’s what the peace of God is. The question is, what does it feel like? How do we get it? How do we keep it? The truth is, sometimes life has to fall to pieces for us to truly understand peace. Once we get it, though, it makes all the difference.

Stormy Seas But A Steady Ship
Life doesn’t always go according to plan. The truth? Storms in life happen. They are inevitable. We don’t choose the storm, but we can choose how we prepare for the storms and how we react when the come. When the seas are stormy, there’s a steadiness that we can hold on to. That’s the God we serve.

Do You Believe I Can Do This?
Are you waiting on the hand of God to move for you? It’s all about faith. A kind of faith that believes, even when it does not see, a kind of faith that is persistent, and a faith that is moved and marked by actions. Let's talk about faith.

Why Do You Doubt?
We all have questions and we all have doubts. We’ve been taught to never question God or God’s ways…but we do question God and His ways. We’re going to be talking about doubt. You see doubt doesn’t have to be the end of real faith…it can be the beginning.

Do You Want To Get Well?
Jesus asked a man who had lived his whole life without being able to walk, Do you want to be well? Why would He ask him that? Was Jesus looking for information? Find out why Jesus asked him this question and why we are being asked this question today.

Who Do You Say I Am?
Jesus asked the disciples, "Who do you say that I am?" This might be the most direct, pointed, most critical question of all the questions that He ever asked. So... how do you answer this critical question?

I Don't Know How, But I Know Who
Faith is the foundation of our lives. How much do you trust him? Are you willing to step out and step up in moments that faith is required? Let’s learn from David, a man who had great faith when he stepped up to the giant, what bold faith really looks like.

It's Not About Me Anyway
God can do a lot with our surrender. We have a tendency to hold back, to want to be in control, and to save what’s best for ourselves. Living a life of following Jesus, though, means we surrender and trust him to give us what’s truly best.

I Don't Have Enough, I Have More Than Enough
Do you ever feel like you lack what you need? Do you feel like you don’t have the time, money, or resources to get where you need to go? We all feel like that at times. How do we see what we truly have? How do we get what we need? It’s all in where we place our trust.

I'm Not Who I Was, But God Can Use Who I've Been
I’m not who I was. For everyone of us, that's true. Whether your past is riddled with regret and mistakes or your past is one you’re proud of, we all have a past. How can God use that past? What could he be doing now that would make us thankful for whatever past we’ve had? The truth is, he can use it all for our good and his plan.

Grace Driven Effort
God’s love and grace isn't earned by our actions but given freely because we are His children. We don’t need to try harder to be good, but to live out of the overflow of His grace.

When All You Have Is Trust
It’s easy to trust God when everything is going your way. Trust becomes more difficult when all you have is trust. What we have to remember is that our trust doesn’t grow in the good times. We learn to trust God in the trials.

Royal Rags
A Savior as a baby. Born and placed in a feeding trough and wrapped in rags. God often works in ways that we would never anticipate. His ways are far better than ours and often catch us by surprise. How do we trust him even when what he's doing doesn't line up with what we think it should be?

The Wise Men
The wise men made their way to Jesus to worship him. Will you take your cue from the wise men? Will your story be a story of worship or will you spend your life trying to build your kingdom? Will your story be about God’s way or your will?

Do You Hear What I Hear?
We’ve all been there. We look at our lives and don’t see what God’s doing. We’re asking him for answers but it doesn’t seem like he’s speaking. It can be easy to come to the conclusion that he isn’t interested. However, God’s silence never means his absence. What could he be doing? What can we be doing?

A Jacked Up Family
This Christmas we are taking a fresh look at the Christmas story, and that brings us to family. Let's explore what the genealogy of Jesus tells each of us about grace and love.

What Are The Chances?
We know that God is a God of the impossible. We can look through the Bible and see that God can do impossible things that we could never ask or imagine. Did you know that God is also the God of the improbable? He proves it through the birth and the life of Jesus. We can trust him.

Work While You Wait
As Christians, we have this beautiful promise of heaven and eternity with Jesus forever. So, what should we be doing while we wait to see our promise? We have a big job. We have a huge calling. The world is depending on us to share Jesus with them. We have to work while we wait.

Hell, Fire, & Good News
Hell, while many don’t like to talk about it, is a real and Biblical place. The question is, who goes there, what’s it like, and how can we escape it. The bad news? Some will go there and be punished forever. The good news? Jesus makes a way for us to escape it and experience an amazing after life.

Heaven On Earth
As amazing as it is, immediate heaven isn’t our final destination. Our final destination will be a new earth that’s completely breathtaking. What will be new and what will we do for eternity? It’s amazing. It’s breathtaking. It’s in the very presence of God!

1 Second After I Die
Where is a deceased love one right now? What are they doing? What is it like in heaven? If they had a relationship with Jesus, it’s an amazing experience that started immediately after their last breath on earth. Let’s talk about the vastness and greatness of immediate heaven.

Discipleship
Are you fully engaged? Well, do you feel energized, confident, optimistic, fulfilled, and empowered these days? Let's talk about how to be fully engaged in our walk with God.

Worship
Worship and praise matter to us… they really do. We want to help you understand the differences between praise and worship and how to get better at both.

CR Sunday
Hurts. Habits. Hang ups. We all have them. Celebrate Recovery exists to help people move to a new place in life and a new place in their relationship with Christ. Let's learn more about what Celebrate Recovery is and celebrate the amazing life change that happens week after week at Celebrate Recovery at Springwell.

What's Changed?
Life is constantly changing: work, family, friends, finances, etc. When we’re faced with questions of what’s next, we should ask “What’s changed?” The good news is, God hasn’t changed! Instead of making life predictable, God wants us to trust Him enough to join Him in the midst of the change.

Unlikely Story
God works in amazing ways. He has awesome plans. He’s always faithful. How do we trust him in impossible circumstances or chaotic times? We have to remember who he is. God writes unlikely stories.

That's Why I Trust Him
God works in amazing ways. He has awesome plans. He’s always faithful. How do we trust him in impossible circumstances or chaotic times? We have to remember who he is. God writes unlikely stories.

Writing The Next Chapter Part 2
We are enough in Christ. The problem? We don’t always feel like we’re enough or that we have enough. We don’t always feel like we have what we need. How do we lean into our true identity in Christ and open the lid on enough? Let's learn from a lady who felt like she didn't have what she needed.

Writing The Next Chapter
The decisions that you’re making today, what you do, what you don’t do, who you’re with, who you’re not with, the decisions you’re making today actually determine the chapter that you will live out tomorrow. The better decision to make is to trust that God is still writing your story. There’s still more to be written.

It's Complicated
God works in all things to bring about His goodwill. He works in all things to bring about good to those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. He is working in all things for those who leave Moab and return to Bethlehem. Let's see how God worked in all things for Ruth.

Kidz Camp Family Experience
Let's CELEBRATE together!! What are we celebrating? Thanks for asking! We are going to celebrate the amazing life change that God did during Kidz Camp. We cannot wait to share with you all the wins we experienced this week!

The Comma is Coming
Are you struggling? Are you in the middle of something and you don't see a way out? Looking for hope? Looking for answers? Looking for relief? Hold on, the comma is coming!

The Other One
What does it mean to love your neighbor? It's one of the greatest commandments, but it can be difficult. How do we love the people around us even if we don't like them or they hurt us? What can we do to love our neighbor as ourselves?

Just Me and God
We often hear the phrase, "Spend time with God," or "Quiet time," but what does that mean? How do we spend time with a God we can't see? How do we know how to have this time? What do we do during it? Well, it may be easier than you think. It's not about a pattern, it's about building a passion for the One you spend the time with.

That's What I Thought
How do you hear a God you can't see? How do you know what he's telling you during the course of everyday life? The truth is, He's speaking and it may be in ways we're not paying attention to.

Help Me, Lord
The topic of prayer can raise a lot of questions. Why do I need to pray if God already knows? How do I pray without losing my attention? When should I be praying? What should I pray about? All of those questions have answers and when you know them, it changes your prayer life.

Undeserved Privilege
What does it mean for us to know Christ? What does it do for us and in our lives? It’s an undeserved privilege and amazing promise. A privilege that we do nothing to earn but get to keep.

Fighting Temptation
Is there some recurring temptation, some vulnerability, some weakness that you need God’s help to overcome? If you are alive, the answer is probably yes to that question. So, how do we resist temptation? How do we protect our minds and guard our thoughts?

Life's Greatest Struggle
Temptation is defined as, "Anything that promises forever satisfaction at the cost of obedience to God.” Let's talk about four truths about temptation and what we can do when we inevitably face temptations.

Burn The Plow
Defining moments usually come when we least expect them. When they do, what should our response be? Follow God's lead and burn the plow!
