I share 5 tips that I use to help me cope with emotional overwhelm at work or school. It's all about prioritizing caring for yourself while maintaining those professional relationships. All emotions are valid and beautiful, and reminding you that you are a living human being! 

In this episode I share the 5 ways documenting harassment changed my life (for the better!). I held off on documenting harassment for years because I felt like writing each instance would make me feel shameful or make the instance more real. I just wanted to forget about it and brush it off. In the end, once I documented, I realized I was validating myself, my emotions, and my experiences around harassment. It empowered me to learn and grow, and continue to advocate for myself. I’m not the only one who has felt pressure to shift my behavior and appearance from more feminine to masculine in my school or workplace. All people feel this within male-dominant fields, especially when femininity is perceived as weakness or frivolous. April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month. I hesitated to create content around this topic because it triggers me, but I literally could not sleep one night and decided to record this because it was on my mind. In this episode I share 5 ways anyone can support sexual assault survivors, especially if the survivor is someone close to you. These are lessons I have learned by supporting my loved ones who are survivors of sexual assault. 

Self-love is REVOLUTIONARY! In this episode I share how I use the month of May to recommit to my self-love practice. I share why self-love is revolutionary, as well as my own self-love practices and lessons I've learned. When it comes to navigating bias, harassment, and discrimination at work and school, self-love is at the core of advocating for ourselves and reaching a resolution. Therefore, self-love is the foundation on which to learn and grow our strength, resilience, and confidence!
