I ask myself the same thing so often, but the next key is sitting back and listening. And God will show you in small ways.
Avoid comparison trap
God can only work with you, not your imitation of someone else
Study the word and continue to apply God’s principle to your life
Action
How do you take action
Based on God’s guidance, Create a plan.
First Do your research
Then create a timeline
Recognize the Routines that you will need to have in place and the habits you will need to establish for those routines to become part of your life.

Self Love can be a Challenge
I began by putting muscle. and then before vacation I decided to lean out. That's where the challenge came. In the past my body would slim down really quick, but this time what worked in the past didn't work.
We all go through negative thoughts attacking us. Here is some of the thought work I used to push past the thoughts that got in the way of enjoying the process.
Thought work:
Find a negative thought that's constantly playing in your head, write it down and answer the questions below:
1. What are the facts of this situation?
2. Where did this thought come from?
3. How does this thought affect me?
4. What is a better way to think about this?
Lastly Find a positie reframe
Use these steps to move past the negative feeling you have about yourself and into more productive Self Love.

Move with Pivot
Everything about the past 2 weeks has been about moving with the pivot. You would have thought after 2020 we would be capable of moving with the pivot.
Sometimes things don't work out at as planned, but it's ok to move when you have to move and pivot when you need to pivot.
As you're achieving your goals you will have to make pivot after, pivot after pivot. But, it's ok you just have to be flexible enought to PIVOT.

This has been a trying year. But, instead of focusing on what's not working let's take some time to focus on what has been working well in 2020. If you take the time to focus on the good, you'll see there are many great things that have come out of 2020.

I'm also sharing 5 habits you can start today to finish 2020 strong and start 2021 even Stronger.
5 Habits start today to end 2020 the way you want to start 2021.
- Create a space for Brainstorming your 2021 goals. Design or create a space for your brainstorming and goal planning. Use one notebook, file etc and keep all your brainstorming and goal work in one place.
- Narrow down your brainstorming to 3-6 things that create a spark in you.
- Begin researching these 3-6 topics that spark your interest
- Schedule time in your week and preferably daily for slowing down for self care. Taking care of yourself.
- Seek out the help you need. The internet and google are two great places to start this search

Prayer changes things
It's been a minute since I recorded and released a podcast. I've been super focused and intentionally about the 21 Day Prayer journey . Take time to Rest
Take time to Heal.
Here you go back to business. I'm in the healing process but during this time I had to draw on the resources that I had been working on over the past few years. It was truly the roots that have grown that kept me grounded and kept my peace of mind. Right now I'm creating even stronger roots. I'm reading a book called Grounded by Banning Liebscher. The work never stops. We need to be constantly renewing our minds. How do you create strong roots? With a strong mind and a strong body.
Strong Mind:
1. Study the word of God
2. Pray
3. Meditation
4. Mindset work
Strong Body:
Avoid the comfort foods and eat Nutrient Rich Foods.

What I've learned in this wait..
We are in a holding season right now. This is probably the first time in history the entire world in in waiting. This podcast I'm sharing some of the things I've learned in this wait. Perspective is everything. I'm so glad to sit down to a family dinner for the first time in years, to have a family game night and to try some recipes I've been want to try for a while. This is can be a challenging time or a time of growth, Focus is everything.
