Ferdinand Marcos, Filipino Dictator and Father of Bong Bong Pt 2
Today on World on Drugs we look at what happens when a dictator gains power due to his promise to fight communists. We’ll be talking about former President of the Philippines Ferdinand Marcos. This episode is another banger and full of plenty of juicy and unfortunate details of what happened to his political opponents. You’ll hear about his life, rise to power, how he became a dictator and then the awful things that happened to his enemies when he became a full-fledged dictator while holding the Philippines under martial law. It’s a wild one today on World on Drugs.

Putin Loves Murder Suicide PT. 2
This episode of World of Drugs talks about suicide a great deal and utilizes journalism articles and opinions to discuss whether or not the suicides were authentic or carried out by covert forces in Russian politics under the direction of Vladimir Putin. This is not meant to diminish victims of suicide, families who have had a loved one commit suicide, or those who experience suicidal ideation in their daily lives. It is meant to demonstrate that learning about the issues with drug dealers, political leaders, and cartels across the world is important and something that should be paid attention to because it can reveal a plethora of problems that people are dealing with on a daily basis. – dr joe
Synopsis: Today on World on Drugs I’ll be talking with my guest about Vladimir Putin and how most Russian Oligarchs that have challenged him publicly or privately have died by murder suicide. Always an interesting choice of death when you’re incredibly rich and don’t have any problems besides the Russian government being uncomfortable with the amount of power you hold over a private industry. This episode of World on Drugs will show you that you don’t fuck with Putin and that money protects no one when a government is run like a mafia without any consequences.

The Lubyanka Criminal Group aka Putin Baby Pt 2
The Lubyanka Criminal Group is another name for Russia’s version of the CIA. They are known as the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation (FSB). Today on World on Drugs I’m going to talk about how the FSB was responsible for directing two civil wars and putting Vladimir Putin in a position of power. Beyond war and contract killings, we’ll also cover how they decided to poison their enemies who tried to stop them or spoke out against them. The FSB still carries plenty of power today and will continue

El Mencho and the Cartel Jalisco New Generation PT. 1
You heard about the brutality of the Jalisco Cartel, now it’s time to learn about the leader and his journey through the Mexican cartel and his journey to becoming the most wanted man in Mexico with a $10 million bounty on his head from the DEA. As El Mencho makes his way through the Mexican cartel world, his ambitions increase and he makes a point of grabbing power when El Chapo is finally apprehended by US officials. He still is on the run and his whereabouts are only known to those close to him.

Cartel Jalisco New Generation, The Worst People We've Ever Looked Into
Another BANGER from Dr. Joe Hoffswell. This is about the new number 2 cartel in Mexico that started in 2009. The Jalisco New Generation Cartel has quickly risen to number 2 status and is in a constant war with the Sinaloa cartel that was formerly run by El Chapo. This group has made a name for themselves with brutal violence and strict territory control. IF they want a territory, they will take it by force and they do not care if they are removing a rival cartel or a small rural community. They use violence for control and were responsible for multiple massacres throughout Mexico. Today I’ll talk about the most violent things they have done as a group.

The Xalisco Boys Cartel & The First Farm To Spoon Heroin Dealers PT. 2
* EP STARTS AT MIN 11
The Xalisco Boys are a group of business minded heroin peddlers from the town of Xalisco in the state of Nayarit. Not so much a cartel as a business strategy, the Xalisco Boys pioneered a new method of profiting in the drug trafficking world: delivery. In what is perhaps the darkest form of laissez faire, by acting as both the source and the mobile storefront the Xalisco Boys were able to quickly expand across America, using basic marketing strategies to become what many addicts have called “the best dealers they’d ever seen.” Unfortunately, their rise also coincided with the beginning of the opioid epidemic, and what resulted was a dangerous self-replicating style of retail drug trafficking, operating on a national scale from an individual level.

* ep starts at 14 mins
Today I talk about the Blackstone Rangers AKA the Black P Stone Nation AKA EL Rukns and current members of the People’s Nation Gang alliance. Formed by two Chicago kids in the Woodlawn neighborhood, they became minor enforcers for older gangsters then took what they learned and pushed them out. Eugene “Bull” Hairston and Jeff “Prince” Fort ran the Woodlawn neighborhood. However, multiple jail stints brought the Stones to the attention of the world when Fort converted to Islam and began discussing a plan to destabilize the US government through domestic terrorism with Libyan dictator Gaddafi. Even with their leaders incarcerated, the gang continued to create factions, make alliances, and still distributes drugs and kill gang members in LA and Chicago.

PT 2 Wayne "Silk" Perry, The Hitmans Hitman
EPISODE STARTS AT AROUND 10 mins
We’re covering another hitman who had a decent hit list, but you probably did not know was lurking around. Today I’ll be talking about Wayne “Silk” Perry, one of the most dangerous gangsters and hit men to walk the streets of Washington, D.C. He’s been called the Michael Jordan of the murder game and was the primary hit man for Alberto “Alpo” Martinez. This episode is an absolute BANGER!
GUEST
Known in Colombia as "Yamel Yohnson," Jamel Johnson is a stand-up comedian from Woodbridge, Virginia. He is best known for his recurring role as Rowdy Boudy on the hit MTV series "Undressed." He burst onto the scene while creating the television show "Roc." Years later he successfully won a lawsuit against Jay Z for the name "Roc Nation." He took his earnings and started the Lugz Racing Team and the Lugz Racing Foundation which helps in the fight against Wade Boggs' Disease. One of these sentences is true.
Jamel made a name for himself on the D.C. comedy scene through a hard-to-hate mixture of non-threatening yelling, weird stories and impressively specific but not alienating sports and music references. His comedy smoothly walks audiences through everything from casual racism to Law & Order: SVU, including the consequences of gentrification and if you can eat a pastry given to you by a maybe-maybe-not drug addict who happened to witness a murder last night. Jamel lives for the laugh from the one dude in the back of the room who also watches too much SportsCenter.
After making his television debut in 2016 on Kevin Hart Presents: Hart of the City, Jamel now performs regularly at several elite coastal and inland comedy establishments all across America. He also thanks you for reading this whole bio. It was very sweet of you to do so.
PT 1 Wayne "Silk" Perry, The Hitmans Hitman
EPISODE STARTS AT 48 mins

Woody Harellson's Hitman, Card Shark, Drug Dealing, Possible JFK Killing Father PT 3
*ep starts at 24 mins
It seems like every day a new skeleton falls out of the closets of Hollywood, but rarely does news break of something as high profile as that of Charles Voyde Harrelson, father of Woody and Brett Harrelson. Charles Harrelson was a hitman, a card shark, a womanizer, and maybe just maybe associated with the murder of JFK. He was convicted of two murders, Texas Rangers believe he killed dozens more, but one of those happened to be Federal Judge Joe Wood. The investigation that followed ranks second all time in total expenditure, only behind the JFK assassination, but in retrospect the case had more holes than swiss cheese. This is the story of a Texas outlaw, of the rise of gambling, of the mob, hypnosis, the Cubans, and one of the biggest stories never told. This is the story of Charles Voyde Harrelson. Guest Liza was seen most recently in the Judd Apatow movie The King Of Staten Island and is currently the host of That’s Messed Up: An SVU Podcast on Exactly Right Media. She has a half hour Special and album Glittercheese with Comedy Central and a half hour special on Netflix as past of The Degenerates. Liza is super proud of being featured on the prestigious Variety’s 2017 TOP 10 COMICS TO WATCH list. She’s also appeared Late Night with Seth Meyers, Chelsea Lately, This Is Not Happening, Horace and Pete, Lights out with David Spade, Adam Devine’s House Party, and lots of panel and game shows!

PT 2 The War Crimes of the Macaco and Memo Fantasma Cartel
*ep starts at 30 mins
Buried within the many stories that exist about Pablo Escobar, there exist two men that took what he started and ran with it in the worst way imaginable. Carlos “Macaco” Jiminez and Guillermo Giraldo aka “Memo Fantasma” aka “Will the Ghost” were some of the highest ranking officials in the right-wing paramilitary organization known as United Self Defense Forces of Colombia (AUC for short). Imagine the worst stories you’ve heard about crimes committed by any cartel anywhere, and the AUC has done it or something worse. They terrorized Colombia for nearly a decade, fighting both the left-wing guerrillas and anyone who they considered remotely connected to them, and in their wake there rose the largest and most successful drug trafficking empire in the world. The AUC is the best example of what a “narco-state” looks like, and sitting at the top are Macaco and Memo Fantasma.

The Hawaiian Gardens Gang: One of The Most Dangerous Gangs in America PT. 2
*ep starts at 23 mins
PART 2 of 2
I’ll be talking about the Varrio Hawaiian Gardens gang, and no they’re not in Hawaii, they’re from a small town just south of LA. They have a long history and played a key part in forming the Mexican Mafia prison gang. Through the 90s and 2000s they committed numerous hate crimes and have been classified as a “Hate Gang” for their deliberate targeting of African Americans. They stick to their territory and have never formed cliques outside of Hawaiian Gardens.

PT.2 The Zuman Clan: Serbias Most Lethal and Violent Mafia & How They Killed Their Prime Minister
*ep starts at 18 mins
The Serbian mafia has its origins in the arrival of increasing numbers of
Yugoslavian immigrants to Western Europe in the 1970’s and 1980s. Operating in Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and France, groups of Serbian expatriates engaged in a pattern of robberies and thefts. Much of this was supported by the communist Yugoslavian intelligence service, who employed gangsters overseas as informants and assassins, and in exchange provided them with firearms and legal protection. The combination of Yugoslavian government support and the money earned from brazen heists, made Yugoslavian criminals some of the most powerful in Western Europe in the 1980s.
With the collapse of the Soviet Union and its allies in Eastern and Southern Europe, many Serbian criminals overseas returned to Yugoslavia, taking advantage of the chaos to embark on new criminal careers. Many served in paramilitary and militia organisations created ostensibly to protect ethnic Serbs and government property, but quickly they became known for criminal activity and their role in the ethnic cleansing of Bosnians, Croats and Slovenes from Serb territories.
With the end of the Yugoslav wars, these militias became entwined with the criminal “clans” of Serbia, with both enjoying the support of the former communist intelligence and security forces. With the overthrow of Slobodon Milosovic, a period of reform was ushered in. In response, the most violent and powerful Serbian crime group - the Zemun Clan - partnered with Serbian special forces to assassinate the Prime Minister, in order to protect the status and privilege that they are garnered during the bloodshed of the 1990s

The GOAT of Hitmen Chester Wheeler Campbell
*ep starts at 23:45
Today I’m going to talk about the Motor City Hitman-Chester Wheeler Campbell. One of the best assassins to work for the Mafia and Detroit Criminal Underground. He got a taste for murder in his mid-20s and decided to turn it into a career. He was so efficient that he was never directly tied to a murder once he became a full time hit man and enforcer. He was found with notebooks containing over 300 different names of potential targets, and 50 of those 300 were people who were missing or found dead. Today, I’ll talk about his early life, his early crime days, his prime assassin time, and how the authorities finally put him away for life.

F**k Fentanyl & How 62% of All Overdose Deaths Can Be Tied to It
EP STARTS AT MIN 33*
Fentanyl is a powerful, rapid-acting synthetic opioid first synthesized more than 50 years ago. At the time, and to this day, it has served as an invaluable resource for medicine. It is the opioid most commonly used to initialize anesthesia worldwide, and for good reason. When used correctly, it has minimal cardiovascular effects, does not stress the body, is relatively short acting, is easy and inexpensive to synthesize, and is now familiar to clinicians working in operative medicine all over the planet. In the last 20 to 30 years, the development of new and noninvasive drug delivery systems has also enabled fentanyl to become extremely effective for both around-the-clock pain management as well as treating sudden breakthrough pain. Unfortunately, if you’ve heard of fentanyl recently it was most likely related to some form of drug overdose. While the drug itself has revolutionized medicine, its abuse in conjunction with the nationwide opioid epidemic has led to a remarkable increase in drug-related overdoses and deaths. No guest this week, this shit we ride on our own folks.

They are almost single-handedly responsible for creating the environment surrounding cybercrime today, and this brainchild of Maxim Yakubets and Igor Turashev has collected hundreds of millions of dollars from its victims. They are untouchable, untraceable, and their malware is so impossibly hard to detect that it can infect an entire network of computers before ever being noticed.

Gang of Mutants, Murdered Cops, The Pruzkow Gang and the Steady Incline of Crime in Poland Pt. 2
The fall of communism in 1989 has shaken the entire Central and Eastern Europe. The transformation to a capitalist system was rapid, wild, and chaotic. Still, it created an excellent opportunity for ordinary folks who just wanted to make quick money… and criminals who needed to adjust to a new reality. Seemingly innocent car thieves banded up and within just a few years expanded their criminal portfolio. A hunger for money, power, and influence pushed them to do more sinister things like contract killings. The inexperienced, understaffed, and underfunded police force werent able to keep up the pace. And even if they somehow managed to destroy one gang, more unpredictable ones came to existence, like a hydra head. This is the story of the infamous Pruszkow gang in the 90s and Gang of Mutants in the early 00s. Bombings, cold-blooded assassinations, and big money. Not only uneducated thugs but also medical doctors and paramedics who were hunting for “skins”. Welcome to the crazy world of Polish Underworld.

Poland, a Country Ravaged Drugs, Human Trafficking, Auto Theft, Thieving Government Officials and Boot-Leg Meat Pt. 1
*ep starts around 23 mins
Poland under the communist regime was a weird place where a line between underworld and law enforcement wasn’t really existing. People were illegally “dealing dollars” like drugs on the streets. The economic situation was so dire that smuggling from the West became a new normal. Many sought opportunities in stealing foreign cars what turned groups of friends into real, organized gangs. All of it under a blind eye of the government and police. It’s not surprising, though, because Ministry of Interior was heavily involved in crime as well. Polish Intelligence Agency was funding its own operations by forcing Polish petty criminals living in the West to do robberies and heists and smuggle stolen goods to Poland. And these goods often were stolen again, and again by administration, officers and even well-known politicians. Those stories help to better understand what came next, in 90s, during one of the craziest and fastest world's economic transformations from communism to capitalism. “Wild West” of Europe, with its own Yuma.

Among the 20,000+ gangs that operate across America, few are as silently powerful as Armenian Power. Also known as AP or AP-13, Armenian Power is based primarily out of Los Angeles and has deep ties to the Mexican Mafia as well as international ties that stretch to Russia and the post-soviet bloc. They are a ruthless, ethnically-cannibalizing organization that is willing to do anything to anyone to generate a profit, and their crimes range from simple extortion all the way to multinational identity theft and medicare fraud.

Inside the Corn Bread Mafia and the Story of One of the Biggest Marijuana Grows in US History
* starts at min 16
this is the first ep we have a guest telling ME whats going on with the story. A nice change :)
Known for running one of the largest black market grow operations in U.S. history, the Cornbread Mafia has become a mythic crew within cannabis culture and the legacy of prohibition. early homegrown pot farmers were a ragtag collection of hippies, Vietnam vets, criminals, stoners, and businessmen; they got the “mafia” moniker due to their outlaw spirit rather than Italian tradition. They were a rebel syndicate, of sorts, and referred to marijuana as “cornbread” to throw off authorities. This is their story.
with guest Jim Higdon (@jimhigdon). Jim wrote the literal book on the Corn Bread Mafia (available on amazon) and now runs a cbd company called @cornbreadhemp (on IG) and cornbreadhemp.com. So if you wanna take a literally chill pill, and listen to this banger, head on over to Cornbreadhemp.com and get you some CBD BABY!
The Story of the Albanian Mob and Naser Kelmendi: The Crime King of The Balkins, Human Trafficking, The Sicilian Mob and a Bosnian Ice Cream Company.
*ep starts at 30 mins
This is the story of Naser Kelmendi and the Albanian Mob. Because of Yugoslavia , Albania has had more than enough opportunity to stick its toes into the field of organized crime, and the local mob has done that in more ways than one. Capitalizing on tumultuous grounds, in the last 30 years Albania and the mobs within have shifted from being grunts for larger, well-established mobs to front-manning one of the largest organized crime syndicates in Western Europe and acting as mules for around 80% of the heroin trafficked throughout the area. Naser Kelmendi epitomizes what these mobs can produce. Before his sentencing in 2018 he was the head of the largest heroin smuggling operation in Western Europe, and he and his three sons are known for buying 10 cars a year, owning more real estate than a family can manage, and loan sharking with interest rates over 10% per month. As he’s currently sitting pretty in jail, we feel safe enough saying that the Kelmendi clan is one of the most dangerous crime families in the world today.

From Last Comic Standing, Hbo Max, and JFL Francisco Ramos @framoscomedy and Researcher Patryk Grazewicz
Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC) was created in early 90s by a small group of envy-seeking prisoners who were disturbed by massacre of their friends in Canrandiru prison. One step at time, they were slowly building one of the biggest and most sophisticated prison empires in the world. Directed by a charismatic, ambitious leader and influenced by left-wing politics and ideas, they achieved corporation-level type of management with its own independent departments, laws, unions and courts. They are able to co-ordinate actions not only inside one prison, but all over the country and beyond. In the cells, and on the streets. Their business contacts stretch as far as Mozambique and Lebanon. Their power and influence grew so big that PCC had even influenced presidential election results and conducted spectacular, military-type operations abroad. And there is no end in sight, officials are feeling hopeless and desperate as PCC’s membership surges. On one hand violence, terrorism and drugs. On the other hand guaranteed social security, sophisticated heists and political activism.

I’ll be talking about Bahala Na Gang, a Filipino street gang that emerged immediately after World War 2 as hardened criminals were released back into society. They are the anything goes gang and like fighting, drinking, and killing competitors and police. I’ll talk about their early history, their expansion into America, and finish by talking about what has been going on with them the past few years as they have been strictly targeted by law enforcement and military in the Philippines.

The Chinese Mexican Meth Cartel Zhenli Ye Gon, And The Biggest Drug Cash Seizure of All Time

This is the story of Zhenli Ye Gon, a Chinese-born Mexican who holds the record for the largest seizure of drug cash in the world. A businessman with a penchant for losing money in Vegas ($125 million by some records), Ye Gon imported over 80 tons of methamphetamine precursor chemicals behind the facade of pharmaceutical company UNIMED before his operation earned him a search warrant, that yielded over $200 million in hundred dollar bills. Some say the cash comes from illegal campaign funds, some say he’s got ties to the Sinaloa Cartel, either way since his arrest in 2007 nobody has been convicted of any crime, so take it all with a grain of salt.
