Episode 4: What Do You Do With A Problem?
Revitalization of Main Streets come with problems. In Rocky Mount we are blessed with those I refer to as Repairers of the Breach. Great young people placing their flag downtown, opening new businesses, saving the commercial architecture that is as fine as any in Eastern North Carolina. Preservation, restoration and repurposing are the key words around which honoring a past and building a future revolves. With usual storytelling, Stepheny offers another way to look at the problems that can be overcome. At least, that's what Stepheny believes.
