The assignment was for us both to write our top five best and worst of the year that was. Only one of us made our list. The other one is on another planet. Somehow we managed to record a pretty good last pod of the year. HNY to all of StirGang, may our next year be better or at least not be as stupid as the one we are leaving.

Gabe and I celebrate Labor Day weekend the most fun way we know how: doing some Psilocybin and chatting. I can't go more in-depth because tbh I am on shrooms and I can't remember it all but I remember laughing so maybe you will too?

This week we get the StirCrazy extended universe back together as Gabe and Stacey return to our airwaves. Everyone gives a check-in about what's new in our lives. Do you know what Super Mario Brothers characters sound like?  We explore on accident the frightening world of Mario Brothers characters ASMR while practicing for our newest Trivia game. 

Much like microwavable cashew queso, Mike is sliding very smoothly into your ear canal. In this episode, Mike gets trippy and discusses how trees and plants can secretly share and communicate in forests. The Queen of England stops by to introduce a BBC story on tree and plant communication, as well as an intro to a potential Mario and Luigi trivia pod spinoff on the horizon. Then Mike gets back in control of the ship and free associates on an assortment of wacky topics.

Closing out LV returns to discuss style and originality in skateboarding. She makes her case why she respects Tony Hawk but rather see anything he's done on a skateboard done by other skateboarders NOT named Tony Hawk.

This week Mike and LV go deep on HBO Max's "F Boy Island" as LV dreams of sending Mike to "LIMBRO". You will also get a dissertation on Mark Wahlberg's "WahlStreet" as well as our mutual admiration for the "Below Deck" franchise. A walk down memory lane to the '90s finds that LV has no sense of what anything costed back then, and Mike schools her on the cost of living in 1903. We are so stoned I hope this is recorded. Love you, mean it!

Hi cuties, long time no one on one talkie! LV starts this episode a tad emo remembering my friend J.T who left us in the last month. Mike calls in from the road and we break down F.O.T.P Ciara's BirthdayPalooza which included dark energy Scorpio waitresses, alter-egos Dash and Blaine, a car full of Irish bros and some Haitians(?), and much much more! 

LV finishes out solo giving her latest Biden report card(hint it's not high marks!).

In the local beat, we discuss the tea about Slow Streets in San Francisco. We live on one, how do we feel about them? We read a letter to the editor someone wrote to the Noe Valley Voice(it's sincerely A THING) that we give two snaps up for writing.

Together we snake through silly hashtags to explore truly insane Instagram users trying to be important. As two creatives we give some perspective on what makes a strong Instagram post including caption lengths and daily posting limits. Mike picks up on a scam call from some Police association allegedly and hilarity ensues!

A StirCray first: we are joined IN HOUSE by our podcast compatriot Gabe C and hilarity and cringe humor ensues. Gabe and LV have a weird miscommunication regarding one-hit wonders from the '90s. The return of Mike's Mom Jenny who tried to connect with Gabe over Foster City School teachers but unfortunately Gabe has blocked all childhood trauma from his psyche! After joining Anchor(shouts to Anchor) we start trying to strategize our future Ad Reads and fail miserably. Eventually, we get Stacey on the horn to wish her a Happy Birthday and discuss Gabe and Stacey's amazing bday CAMEO present to LV from Mark McGrath of Sugar Ray.
