Through working in his community he saw the racial economic wealth gap becoming a major problem, so he did something about it. With his organization the ShineHard Foundation (@shinehardfam) he’s helped thousands of entrepreneurs and students. Now a Google Digital Coach, Johnny is giving entrepreneurs the tools to close the gap through digital inclusion.

9. Educate & Motivate with JR Rivera
Since he was young JR Rivera had an ability to lead others. Helping his friends with time management and being able to articulate well put him in the position he’s in today.
As an educator, he first got on Social Media to connect with his Students. That quickly turned into a career as a motivational speaker. He’s also an author with plans on writing more books. And now as Social Media Influencer, he uses his platform to promote products he believes in while getting paid. On top of all that he’s using all the skills, he’s learned to pour into his children and get them ready for the world.

8. Harlem Globetrotter to First Time Dad with Tay Fisher
Tay Fisher might be the most positive and passionate guest we've had so far. He has a lot to be positive about, a professional career with the @harlemglobetrotters, a growing family, and his many efforts to impact and inspire the youth.

7. The Father/Husband Mindset with Kier Gaines
Kier Gaines otherwise known for his Instagram handle @Kierandthem might want to change his name to the father guru; Not just because he’s a licensed therapist, but because of how honest he is with himself and his audience. If you’ve seen one of his self-reflection videos you’ll understand.
On a whim, he told his wife Noami that he’d start a youtube channel about there family life. He bought a camera and started documenting and the rest is history in the making.

6. Building a Brand with Chico Conaway
Cornell “Chico” Conaway wanted to make sure his daughter would have a deep understanding of music, so from a young age, he taught her about the classics.
One day he decided to challenge her to remember lyrics and within a few hours she had it down. Chico recorded the video of he and his daughter, Brook,e rapping to Run DMC and they knew they had something special.
Several song covers later and amassing popularity. Both Chico and Brooke are beginning their careers in entertainment. Chico is also the CEO of the fitness apparel line Gainz Sports Gear

Anthony Alabi is a statistical outlier. He has accomplished two separate feats that nearly 98% of all who try to fail. First, he made it to the NFL and second he’s become a well-known actor!

3. Healthy Habits with Chef Anthony Thomas
While in college Chef Anthony was diagnosed with Arteriovenous Malformation, an incredibly rare condition affecting blood flow to the brain. Luckily doctors caught the disorder early, but that health scare led Anthony to redefine his life.
In 2009 he picked up a camera and started documenting his journey of crafting healthy meals for himself. After friends and family tried his meals, he knew he had something special.
Fast forward to now and Chef Anthony, who is self-taught mind you, has amassed a following on social media, catered huge events, wrote four books, and had a line of products and services.
