Smart Enough to Ask Dumb Questions with Nayeema Raza, Journalist, Filmmaker and Host of Smart Girl Dumb Questions

Smart Enough to Ask Dumb Questions with Nayeema Raza, Journalist, Filmmaker and Host of Smart Girl Dumb Questions

This week on SUPERWOMEN, I’m joined by Nayeema Raza, creator and host of the newly launched podcast Smart Girl, Dumb Questions. With a background spanning global consulting, documentary storytelling and top-charting podcasts, Nayeema decided it was time to create something entirely her own. In this episode, she shares how a childhood shaped by constant change made her comfortable with reinvention, and why staying still has always felt more foreign than starting over.

For Nayeema, comfort has never been the goal. It’s the cue that it’s time to move on. Her path has been guided less by long-term plans and more by instinct: when something starts feeling too safe, that’s her “clue to unlock the next thing.”

She opens up about what drew her to launch a show built on curiosity, and why asking the “dumb” questions out loud matters more than ever. We talk about what it means to redefine ambition on your own terms, the pressure of being both the business and the brand, and the surprising freedom that can come from a failed milestone. Whether it was ending a long-term relationship, starting over in New York at 31, or launching a podcast from scratch, Nayeema’s path proves that reinvention isn’t just possible, it can be joyful, curious and entirely your own.

From navigating the realities of running her own show to reshaping what mastery looks like, Nayeema is creating a space where not knowing isn’t a weakness, it’s the starting point. This episode is a reminder that sometimes the smartest thing you can do is ask the question everyone else is too afraid to say out loud.

She Saw a Gap in the Frozen Foods Aisle, So She Filled it With Cauliflower Pizza, with Entrepreneur and Caulipower Founder Gail Becker

She Saw a Gap in the Frozen Foods Aisle, So She Filled it With Cauliflower Pizza, with Entrepreneur and Caulipower Founder Gail Becker

On this episode of SUPERWOMEN, I’m joined by Gail Becker, founder of Caulipower, the better-for-you brand that redefined the frozen pizza aisle and became one of the fastest-growing food startups in the U.S

After years climbing the corporate ladder, Gail realized the view at the top wasn’t what she thought it’d be. With no background in the food industry, she poured herself into solving a personal problem: finding nutritious, gluten-free food her sons with celiac disease would actually enjoy. What started with a 90-minute homemade cauliflower crust pizza recipe turned into a national sensation, earning Caulipower over $100 million in revenue within five years. We talk about building a company later in life, raising capital as a female founder, staying true to your mission, and what it means to define success on your own terms.

Gail shares what it really felt like to walk away from the safety of a steady job, the highs and lows of starting over later in life, as well as it being what ultimately equip her for the hardships of taking on an industry you’re stranger to. We talk about the importance of admitting what you don’t know and when to ask for help. To take stock of what you’re not good at and be open to educating yourself for the better of your brand. Whether you're in a career rut, thinking about launching something new, or unsatisfied with Big Food, this conversation is your sign to bet on yourself.

They Told Her She’d Fail, Now She’s in Whole Foods Nationwide with Rosa Li, Founder and CEO of Wildwonder

This week on SUPERWOMEN, I’m joined by Rosa Li, founder and CEO of Wildwonder, the world’s first sparkling prebiotic and probiotic drink inspired by heritage tonics and California produce stands. When Rosa’s high-stress finance job left her feeling depleted and dealing with digestive issues, she looked inward and backward. Drawing from her grandmother’s traditional herbal tonics, Rosa started tinkering in her kitchen, rediscovering the power of plants, botanicals, and food as medicine.

In this episode, Rosa opens up about the early days of Wildwonder, from chasing co-packers to hand-delivering drinks door-to-door, Rosa’s entrepreneurial journey is anything but ordinary. She shares how she bootstrapped her business during the pandemic, transformed rejection into resilience, and landed on the shelves of Whole Foods, Target, and 5,000+ retailers across the U.S. Rosa also dives into the cultural influences that shaped her, what it looks like to create a mission-driven brand in a male-dominated space, and why vulnerability and resourcefulness are her secret weapons in both life and business.

Whether you’re a founder, a foodie, or just someone figuring it out as you go, Rosa’s journey proves that success doesn’t come from waiting—it comes from showing up again and again, in spite of the noise.

How She Built a Better-For-You 2 Billion Dollar Empire with Allison Ellsworth, Co-Founder and Chief Brand Officer of Poppi

How She Built a Better-For-You 2 Billion Dollar Empire with Allison Ellsworth, Co-Founder and Chief Brand Officer of Poppi

On this episode of SUPERWOMEN, I sat down with Allison Ellsworth, co-founder of Poppi—the better-for-you soda brand that’s gone from tabling at the farmers’ market to one of the fastest-growing beverages in the U.S.

Allison’s journey started with a gut feeling—literally. Struggling with health issues and searching for natural remedies, she discovered the benefits of apple cider vinegar. But instead of settling for the harsh taste, she hit the kitchen and created her own fix. What followed? A Whole Foods rep at the farmers market, a “Shark Tank” deal, and a rebrand that would catapult Poppi into virality and the mainstream.

In this episode, she opens up about what it really took to scale Poppi: letting go of fear, maxing out credit cards, learning how to lead, building a brand from instinct, and saying no to “dumb money.” We talk team dynamics, viral TikToks, Super Bowl commercials, and why sometimes the boldest move is pausing everything to get the brand right. We also get into the power of believing in yourself, even when no one else sees the vision yet. After all, Allison is the self-proclaimed Chief Believe Officer.

Whether you’re building a business or just love a good founder story, Allison’s energy, honesty, and unstoppable drive will leave you inspired—and maybe craving a can of Poppi. If you’ve ever been told “That’s not how it’s done,” this one’s for you.

How to redefine Success When it doesnt bring you joy with Dr. Tiffany Moon, Anesthesiologist and Former Real Housewife of Dallas

This week on SUPERWOMEN, I’m joined by Dr. Tiffany Moon, board-certified anesthesiologist, entrepreneur, author, and former cast member of “The Real Housewives of Dallas,” for an honest conversation about finding perspective and building self-worth.

In this episode, Tiffany shares some of the lessons that shaped her new book, Joy Prescriptions,” and opens up about the power of letting go, saying no, and finding confidence outside of achievement. We discuss her incredible journey, from her unexpected leap into reality TV to launching multiple businesses. Tiffany opens up about the moment she realized success wasn’t synonymous with joy, and how that realization led her to reimagine her life. The accolades, the titles, and the “dream job” just weren’t filling up her cup the way she had imagined they would. Between launching a summit for professional women and juggling multiple businesses, she lets us in the power of using joy, not perfection, as a metric of success.

Whether she’s in the operating room, onstage at her LeadHer Summit, or at home with her twin daughters, Tiffany’s story is a reminder that life doesn’t start after reaching your professional goals—it begins when you “find worth in just being you.”

This week on SUPERWOMEN, I’m joined by my longtime friend, the host of “Top Chef Canada” and Food Network alum Eden Grinshpan, for a lively conversation on creativity in the kitchen and beyond.

You might know Eden from her time on television or her much loved cookbooks, “Eating Out Loud,” but, in this episode, she’s giving us the inside scoop on her latest creation: “Tahini Baby,” a vibrant, veggie-forward cookbook filled with bold Middle Eastern flavors and warm memories. Eden shares with us how she carved out a space for herself in the food world by staying true to her roots, embracing humor, and keeping her recipes approachable, health-conscious, and packed with flavor. We talk about the behind-the-scenes reality of cookbook creation (which takes a village) and how she found joy in the chaos of career-building, marriage, and motherhood.

From Wall Street to Wine with Neha Kumar, Co-founder of Full Glass Wine Co.

This week on SUPERWOMEN, I sat down with Neha Kumar, co-founder and COO of Full Glass Wine Co., a brand acquisition and management firm that focuses on revitalizing the direct-to-consumer wine market. In an inspiring conversation, she teaches us about entrepreneurship, resilience, and redefining success on your own terms. Neha’s career began in finance and banking before she pivoted into the startup world—learning through failure and eventually building and selling companies across multiple industries.

In this episode, Neha shares why she lives by the philosophy of “burn the ships,” how working in six-month increments helps her stay focused, and how she fits her professional goals into her personal life work-life balance. “It’s all just one” when integrating family, career, and ambition into a single, meaningful whole, she says. We talk about how she found herself again through work after facing postpartum struggles and what it took to build Full Glass Wine Co. through the acquisition of seven wine brands in just 18 months.

We get into the importance of understanding what season you’re in—whether you’re sprinting or running a marathon—and how to make it all work by letting the different parts of your life move together. Camille gets real about the lingering insecurities that come with being in the public eye, the mental toll of an industry built on perfection, and the daily work of staying true to herself. She also tells us why she believes in breaking the mold rather than fitting into it and how social media has both empowered and pressured her. Welcome back to the Morning After Series on SUPERWOMEN, sponsored by Magnum Ice Cream! In the second episode of this four-part series, Candace Bushnell, the creator of “Sex and The City,” and I sat down with the fashion icon Nicky Hilton Rothschild, to talk about her experiences with dating and how “SATC” has shaped her life.

Nicky is a New Yorker, born and bred. She grew up in the city secretly watching “Sex and The City” when she was a teen, and blowing her entire allowance at Patricia Field’s boutique in Greenwich Village on Saturdays with her sister Paris. But her love life hasn’t mirrored that of the show’s leading ladies. “I wish I had some more salacious stories for you, but I was always that monogamous girl. I was always in, like, a multi-year relationship,” she tells us, “so I didn’t get to play in the Manhattan dating playground.” Nicky gives us the scoop on the best places to meet elusive bachelors, how she knew she met The One, which “SATC” character she sees herself in, her cameo that never was, and the one fashion item she still scours the Internet for.

This Scrunchie Could Literally Save Your Life, with Shirah Benarde, the Gen Z CEO and Co-Founder of NightCap

This Scrunchie Could Literally Save Your Life, with Shirah Benarde, the Gen Z CEO and Co-Founder of NightCap

On SUPERWOMEN, I talked to Shirah Benarde, the 22-year-old CEO and co-founder of NightCap. When she was just 16, Shirah found out that one of her friends had been roofied. Not long after, she got to work, taping together a pair of pantyhose and a scrunchie to make a prototype of a device that can help protect people from drink-spiking.

Cut to one year later: Shirah and her brother Michael pitched the product on “Shark Tank” and secured a deal. But launching her business as a Gen Z founder was far from easy. “I knew deep down that I had no idea what I was doing, and that made it really hard for other people to see me in a professional way,” she told me. Shirah pushed herself to really understand her business, making costly mistakes along her journey.

“We definitely spent a lot of money on things that we didn’t know that worked,” she said, “but it was a huge learning lesson.” In the process of building her company, she discovered how to get people to trust her vision: “You have to take yourself seriously.” NightCap has since taken off, partnering with nonprofits, and over 200 universities. The company has also been spearheading legislation to help people stay safe when they go out.

This week on SUPERWOMEN, I talked to @shirahbenarde, the 22-year-old CEO and co-founder of @nightcapit about drink-spiking and her life-saving (literally!) accessories that help people stay safe when they go out. Shirah lets us in how she deals with the stigma of being a Gen Z woman in business, her time on “Shark Tank,” and how she personally convinced the CEO of a multinational fashion company at a conference to team up with her company.

Her groundbreaking reporting has shed light on some of the most terrifying consequences of the digital era, including unregulated A.I. chatbots, tech addiction, revenge pornography, and more. On the SUPERWOMEN podcast, I’m sitting down with Chelsea Hirschhorn, the founder and C.E.O. of Frida, to talk about how her company prepares women, and parents in general, for the raw realities of raising children.

Chelsea launched Frida Baby, in 2014, with the NoseFrida, a handy tool she’d used on her own young child when they were sick with a cold. The company launched Frida Mom in 2019, and, just last year, she took it another step further with Frida Fertility. Building the Business and Life of Your Dreams with Kathleen Griffith, a Bestselling Author and Entrepreneur

On the SUPERWOMEN podcast this week, I’m joined by Kathleen Griffith, an award-winning business strategist and bestselling author, to talk about her book, “Build Like a Woman: The Blueprint for Creating a Business and Life You Love,” and her path to empowering female entrepreneurs.

Kathleen started her career in corporate, working for big advertising agencies, but felt that her work was engineering insecurity in women rather than emboldening them to do more. She left and founded her own companies: BUILD, a global platform that guides women in transforming their businesses and lives, and Grayce & Co, a female-focused marketing and media consultancy. Her work has been featured in numerous publications, including TIME Magazine, Forbes, The New York Times, Business Insider, and The Wall Street Journal, and she has been recognized as a “Top 40 Disruptor” by ADWEEK, “Leading Woman in Business” by Fast Company, “Creative Innovator” by Condé Nast, “Most Powerful Woman” by Fortune, and more. Staying True to Yourself and Your Vision with Tiffany Masterson, the Founder of Drunk Elephant

This week, I sat down with Tiffany Masterson, the founder of the skincare company Drunk Elephant, on the SUPERWOMEN podcast to talk about the importance of staying committed to your purpose while growing your business.

Before she started the company, Tiffany recognized in herself a deep passion for using her creativity to help others. She’d been asked for skincare recommendations by her friends, and began to look into common ingredients found in skincare products. Her research journey led her to realize how many of the ingredients were unnecessary and could lead to issues like inflammation. In 2013, she launched Drunk Elephant with a focus on clean and simple formulas. The business, which she founded as a stay-at-home mom, became one of the leading and fastest-growing brands in the clean beauty movement. It was acquired by Shiseido for $845 million, in 2019. Disrupting the Jewelry Industry with Nicole Wegman, the C.E.O of Ring Concierge

This week, Nicole Wegman, the founder and C.E.O. of the fine jewelry company Ring Concierge, returns to the SUPERWOMEN podcast to discuss how she’s transforming the industry with her women-first approach. When I first interviewed Nicole, in 2022, she spoke about the value of scaling a business slowly and strategically.

Nicole launched Ring Concierge in 2013, when she was 26, to help women find forever pieces that are both inspirational and attainable. Since then, the company has exploded in growth, expanding from e-commerce to brick-and-mortar locations in New York City, Los Angeles, Houston, and, as of November, Boca Raton. In this episode, Nicole explores her struggle to find work-life balance, especially as the mother of two young children, while running a thriving company, the silver linings of mastering the less emotionally rewarding aspects of running a business, and how staying connected to her clients has driven innovation. Listen to her powerful insights on leadership, intuition, and the two things that any person starting a company should do.

From Handbags to Haute Couture: Overcoming Fashion Industry Hurdles, Reframing Failure, and the Power of Persistence with Dee Ocleppo Hilfiger

From Handbags to Haute Couture: Overcoming Fashion Industry Hurdles, Reframing Failure, and the Power of Persistence with Dee Ocleppo Hilfiger

As a designer, breaking into the fashion industry can be challenging even when you have the best connections. Success requires grit, determination, resilience, and the ability to keep getting back up after failures and setbacks. Just ask Dee Ocleppo Hilfiger, Founder & Creative Director of Dee Ocleppo and Creative Director of Judith Leiber.

Although Dee lovingly refers to herself as Mrs. Hilfiger and is married to fashion icon Tommy Hilfiger, Dee has still had to work just as hard in the fashion world to make a name for herself. Dee started her career as a model and after meeting Tommy he encouraged her to try her hand as a fashion designer.

Since then, she has created many things, including a handbag line she sold to Kate Spade and her namesake brand which includes handbags, a shoe line (soon to be retired), and her recently launched clothing line.  Dee also serves as creative director for iconic legacy brand Judith Leiber and has had major viral moments with the brand's revitalization. While Dee is currently going through a transitional phase of letting go in order to make way for new growth, she has learned to remain patient and knows that if one thing doesn't work out, another will.

From Heartbreak to Hope: A 4-Year IVF Journey, Embracing Donor Eggs & the Path to Motherhood with Camille Guaty, Actress and Infertility Advocate

You may recognize her from her roles on TV and in movies, including her most recent role as Detective Silva in Harold and the Purple Crayon. Still, actress and infertility advocate Camille Guaty has an even bigger story to share. The story that led her to play the most important role of her life - playing mother to her beloved five-year-old son Morrison.

Working in the entertainment industry can be tough for actresses who want to become mothers, and it can be especially difficult for actresses who wait until later in life to have children. So when Camille tried to get pregnant at 38, she knew it would be challenging, but she faced a challenge she never expected: infertility. She went on to endure a four-year IVF journey of relentless effort and heartache – a journey that saw her through 21 of her embryos that didn’t take, an emotional pivot to using a donor egg and navigating the painful grief of letting go of the traditional path to motherhood.

In her personal story, Camille shares the difficulty of finding a donor, her heartbreak when a donor attempt failed, and her emotional breakthrough after a second embryo took. Her story is one of resilience, acceptance, and ultimate joy, a testament to the strength it takes to embrace the unconventional and find light in the dark.

From College Startup to Gen Z Success: Starting Young, Innovating, and Co-Founding with Mom with Amanda Zuckerman, Co-Founder of Dormify

From College Startup to Gen Z Success: Starting Young, Innovating, and Co-Founding with Mom with Amanda Zuckerman, Co-Founder of Dormify

According to Urban Dictionary, "dormify" means "to decorate your living space with cool, trendy, hip fashion." It was added in 2011, the same year Dormify, the powerhouse brand behind the growing Internet trend for designer dorm rooms, was officially launched. Co-founded by Amanda Zuckerman and her mom, this brand has transformed dorm and small-space living into something chic, personalized, and functional.

As Amanda stood in the aisles of Bed Bath & Beyond with her mom in 2009, trying to find dorm room essentials, she couldn't find bedding suitable for dorm room beds, let alone something stylish. She realized she was having a lightbulb moment. She planned to create a brand dedicated to students getting ready for college. With encouragement from her mother, Amanda co-founded Dormify at 18 years old from her dorm room. Over the past 13 years, Amanda’s college startup success has helped countless millennials create the dorm room of their dreams and now Gen Z (and soon-to-be Gen Alpha) are catching on to the growing trend. Throughout her entrepreneurial journey, Amanda has learned the best way to navigate the co-founder relationship between mother and daughter, how to adapt to the needs of a new generation while innovating new products, and how to find her rhythm as a young founder.

With so much success already under her belt, Amanda is looking forward to the next evolution of Dormify, transitioning to the go-to brand for all your pivotal life moments, from decorating your first apartment to your baby nursery.

Unlocking Holistic Health: How Women Can Balance Hormones & Take Control with Dr. Taz, Author of The Hormone Shift

Unlocking Holistic Health: How Women Can Balance Hormones & Take Control with Dr. Taz, Author of The Hormone Shift

In the Western medical system, healthcare is often used to treat symptoms and diagnose illnesses rather than considering the whole person and addressing the root cause. As women's hormones fluctuate and change, this system often fails them because most doctors do not think holistically. Dr. Taz Bhatia, a double board-certified integrative physician and author of The Hormone Shift is on a mission to change all of that beginning with the way we think about medicine and women’s health.

According to Dr. Taz, approximately 40 percent of women are gaslit during medical encounters. After experiencing this first-hand in her twenties with her health challenges, she knew something had to be done. Initially studying Western medicine and working in the ER for 12 years, Dr. Taz went on to study integrative medicine and eventually opened CentreSpringMD. As a holistic and integrative health pioneer, Dr. Taz stresses how crucial it is for women to take control of their health, beginning with getting their hormones tested and putting together a team of health experts to guide them. If you're looking for more ways to get started on your holistic health journey be sure to check out Dr. Taz’s book The Hormone Shift.

Breaking Barriers in Music: From Underdog to Top Music Exec & AAPI Mentor with Wendy Ong, Global Co-President of TaP Music

Breaking Barriers in Music: From Underdog to Top Music Exec & AAPI Mentor with Wendy Ong, Global Co-President of TaP Music

Even today, it is nearly unheard of for a woman to break into the still largely white male-dominated music industry and rise the ranks to run a label or artist management company. And the amount of Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) women at the top is even smaller. Despite all odds, that’s exactly what Wendy Ong, Global Co-President / Chief Marketing Officer of artist and management company TaP Music did.

Wendy knows the importance of sharing her story. She has decades of experience working for major labels, including BMG, Arista, Capitol, and Roc Nation, and has helped put artists like OutKast and Dua Lipa (along with many others) on the global stage. However, as a young Asian woman from Signgapore, new to America without any contacts or knowledge of American culture, Wendy had to hustle her way in and frequently encountered difficult challenges that left her in tears. Due to her experiences, Wendy strives to be a mentor for AAPI music executives that she never had. Finding her home at TaP music, Wendy now manages some of the top solo female artists in music today as she understands the unique challenges women in the music industry face.

Revolutionizing Olive Oil: Exposing Fraud, Scaling & Changing the Game with Aishwarya Iyer, Founder & CEO of Brightland

Revolutionizing Olive Oil: Exposing Fraud, Scaling & Changing the Game with Aishwarya Iyer, Founder & CEO of Brightland

Almost every home cook knows that most recipes begin with olive oil, but most can't tell you which brand or type they use, or if they even use 100% olive oil. This inspired Aishwarya Iyer, CEO and Founder of Brightland, a premium olive oil company, to launch her brand and ultimately revolutionize the olive oil industry.

After innocently Googling "bad olive oil," Aishwarya stumbled across the fraudulent activities taking place in the olive oil industry. As she searched for premium 100% olive oil, Aishwarya knew it was up to her to tell the story of the farms in California producing quality olive oil. With this partnership, Aishwarya created Brightland, a premium olive oil brand sourced directly from the farmers. Choosing to start small, Aishwarya bought just 1000 bottles, which sold out within three days. In six years, she has grown the business to 8 plus figures and forever changed the way people think about olive oil.

Revolutionizing Swimwear: From Market Gaps to Olympic Uniforms with Laura Low Ah Kee & Shannon Savage, Co-Founders of Left on Friday

Going down in history as the first brand ever to design a one-shoulder bikini top for the 2024 Olympic Games, Left on Friday, official sponsor of Canada's National Women's Beach Volleyball Team, is changing the swimwear game. Whether you're an Olympic athlete or just like to relax poolside, Left on Friday's premium swimwear is the only suit you'll ever need.

After realizing there were two distinct types of swimwear, one for function and one for fashion, friends and former lululemon executives, Laura Low Ah Kee and Shannon Savage saw a gap in the swimwear market and could not pass it up. Deciding to combine forces, they co-founded Left on Friday in 2017, making it the first premium active swimwear company to do both. From the start, they hit major walls from learning how to set up their business properly to fundraising during Covid. But the strength of their co-founder relationship and dedication to creating an exceptional product that fits ALL body types, kept them going. Now coming off of the high of designing an Olympic uniform and soon to be opening up global distribution, Laura and Shannon are just getting started.

From Soviet Struggles to Kefir Success: Building a Gut Health Empire with Julie Smolyansky, CEO of Lifeway

More and more research is being conducted around the gut microbiome than ever before, proving what generations of Julie Smolyansky's, CEO of Lifeway, ancestors already knew. The secret to good health and nourishing yourself from within is to drink their sacred recipe of kefir, a cultured dairy product, which has been passed down for over 2000 years.

A child of Soviet immigrants, Julie and her family immigrated to Chicago where Julie's father founded Lifeway in 1986, becoming the first Soviet immigrant to take a company public. After the sudden and tragic death of her father at the age of 55, Julie took over the company at just 27 years old. When she was forced to prove herself over and over again and stand up to those who didn't believe in her, Julie held her head high and knew it was her job to carry on what her father had started. With Julie's leadership, Lifeway grew from $6 million to just under $200 million and is the leading kefir brand in the United States today.

After losing herself early on in motherhood, Lizzy struggled to find a diverse, inclusive online space that talked about the things she cared about. To find herself, Lizzy founded the blog The Cool Mom Co. and her podcast The Cool Mom Code Podcast followed soon after. Using other cool mom's stories as inspiration, Lizzy's podcast explores the intersection of womanhood and motherhood and offers answers to the age-old question, “How does she do it? ” Throughout the process, Lizzy has learned that time is our most important resource, and for something to be a hell-yes it has to absolutely be worth her time. Be sure to check out her latest project Honest Renovations, a television show she co-creates, co-produces, and co-hosts with her bestie Jessica Alba.

Money is still considered a taboo topic of conversation in Western culture. And while it is more socially acceptable for men to talk about money, women are often shamed and told to spend less. Tori Dunlap, money expert and founder of Her First $100K, is here to change that.

As an advocate for women's financial rights, Tori believes that educating women on finances and putting more money in their hands is the most effective way to fight patriarchy. By the time she was 25, Tori had saved $100,000 by working a side hustle alongside her 9-5. Tori's company grew to multi-millions within a few years after she quit her corporate job and went all in. Today, Tori has helped over 5 million women learn about money. Additionally, she is the host of the #1 money podcast for women in the world and a New York Times bestselling book, both entitled Financial Feminist. Although Tori admits she isn't for everyone, if you're ready to get rich the feminist way, she's got your back

After interviewing hundreds of incredible women, the tables have turned. In this exclusive episode, former guest Jamie O’Banion, founder of BeautyBio, sits down to interview our very own superwoman, Rebecca Minkoff.

Starting in September, Rebecca will launch a year-long 20th anniversary celebration of Rebecca Minkoff, her name-sake brand. Rebecca might seem like she's got it all, a mom, a designer, podcaster, author, and founder, but peeling back the layers, it took a lot of work and sacrifice to get to where she is today. Over the years, Rebecca has learned that the most successful women are strong as f**k!
