My Story and Your Story
I share my story of how I came to the point of Craving Peace. I highlight my son getting diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes and how it led me on a journey to metabolic health and overcoming my sugar and carb addiction. I also talk about the difference between a fad Keto diet and an ancestral ketogenic way of eating.
