Periods are a significant part of a female’s life and it is essential for us to address this topic and talk about eco friendly periods. This episode is focused on Menstrual Cups.

Since I have started composting, the waste disposed of at home has gone down by 60%. Can you believe it? So today we are dedicating our episode to sustainable practices pertaining to the kitchen.
