it's rant time on: manifesting my social life, but NOT really, and is my relationship status enough? | Ep. 16

Hi Friends! There was no outline for this episode, I was having a debate with myself as I was getting dressed to go out Friday night and decided to stop and digest some thoughts that have been in my head for a while, I said things without thinking about them twice and decided to not edit a lot of this either.

So yes, this is a very vulnerable off-tangent rant on how I am feeling right now with "everything in my life is here because I manifested it", well yes and you also had the privilege of being there in that moment to be able to do the thing you did in order to get what you eventually got. Like "I manifested a social life because I put it out in the universe" is not the same as "I set aside time in my calendar to reach out to people who are in my "want to meet mind list" and I messaged them or responded to the message and created time for us to meet in order to build our relationship from acquaintance to friendship.

So that is the quick extra rant I wanted to leave in the description of this episode because I am not sure I got my point across that well on the episode jaja, so yes, these are my opinions and they will grow and change as I do the same, I am human, thank you for listening and here's the playlist I told you about in the episode.

Move Ya Hips Playlist: open.spotify.com/playlist/54V0dBLr61YpYeLnPlce2Z?si=7fc978de70264b06

the two questions I leave you with today:

1. Do you know what manifesting is? Like, have you googled it? Do you practice it? If so, how and why?

2. Do you think someone's relationship status equals some sort of "value status" in their life?

Ps. the pictures of the pages of the book that I read as advice are in the show notes here's the link: takethreestudio.com/blogs/ep16

  • habits vs listening to your body
  • Queer Eye is amazing wow
    • broken crayons can still color
    • its easy to exist its hard to live
    • Swap Shop: sometimes you are the bug sometimes you are the windshield
    • mental health is a priority make it one
    • people are hard, relationships are hard
    • it’s valid to feel scared even when you know you are safe
