it's rant time on: manifesting my social life, but NOT really, and is my relationship status enough? | Ep. 16
Hi Friends! There was no outline for this episode, I was having a debate with myself as I was getting dressed to go out Friday night and decided to stop and digest some thoughts that have been in my head for a while, I said things without thinking about them twice and decided to not edit a lot of this either.
So yes, this is a very vulnerable off-tangent rant on how I am feeling right now with "everything in my life is here because I manifested it", well yes and you also had the privilege of being there in that moment to be able to do the thing you did in order to get what you eventually got. Like "I manifested a social life because I put it out in the universe" is not the same as "I set aside time in my calendar to reach out to people who are in my "want to meet mind list" and I messaged them or responded to the message and created time for us to meet in order to build our relationship from acquaintance to friendship.
So that is the quick extra rant I wanted to leave in the description of this episode because I am not sure I got my point across that well on the episode jaja, so yes, these are my opinions and they will grow and change as I do the same, I am human, thank you for listening and here's the playlist I told you about in the episode.
Move Ya Hips Playlist: open.spotify.com/playlist/54V0dBLr61YpYeLnPlce2Z?si=7fc978de70264b06
the two questions I leave you with today:
1. Do you know what manifesting is? Like, have you googled it? Do you practice it? If so, how and why?
2. Do you think someone's relationship status equals some sort of "value status" in their life?
Ps. the pictures of the pages of the book that I read as advice are in the show notes here's the link: takethreestudio.com/blogs/ep16
I'm not trying to be more consistent, I'm simply trying to listen more. | Ep. 15
I am constantly learning to trust life a little bit more, and the quotes I shared in the episode really shook me so I thought I NEEDED to share them. So yeah, I’m trying more than ever to trust life, to trust myself, to bet on myself, and to listen, to myself and my creative heart.

It’s been a minute since I shared a life update, I’ve learned a lot this past couple of months and have a lot to share, well and a lot of tangents to go on, teehee.

- habits vs listening to your body
- Queer Eye is amazing wow
- broken crayons can still color
- its easy to exist its hard to live
- Swap Shop: sometimes you are the bug sometimes you are the windshield
- mental health is a priority make it one
- people are hard, relationships are hard
- it’s valid to feel scared even when you know you are safe
- Shanti

Part 3/3: What does this have to do with period underwear. | Ep. 12
How do you start to create an inclusive brand? How do you manage your team? What does it mean to have a successful business? How do you create content for your business that is authentic and relatable? Why do you always have to have a niche? What if I don’t want to.
This is the last part of my conversation with Karo, the founder and creative behind Blot, an incredible brand pushing boundaries and fully made in Ecuador.
If you are in Ecuador don't miss out and make sure you get yourself a Blot or two so that you can start menstruating without shame and with peace of mind because you are taking care of the environment.
and remember, if you buy more you save more, so grab your friends, your sister, or your cousin and buy your Blots in combo:

Do we create to get validation from others? An existential conversation | Ep.05
I've been going on a downwards spiral and felt like I needed to get some of these thoughts, doubts, questions off my chest. What is our relationship to social media like? Do we really understand our responsibility that comes with having a platform? Why do we find so much fulfillment from others consumption of our content? Are we part of the toxicity that exists on the internet? Have metrics taken over our sense of belonging? Why do we forget that the numbers on our devices are actually human beings? How can we stay true to who we are when we are always creating a strategic script of what we want to show and who we want to be seen as?
See, I told you, this is a very existential episode and one I invite you to be part of, I really want us, as creators, to question our intentions and maybe some of these questions will unearth some thoughts and doubts of your own.
Of course my co-host Meijun is here to join me in this adventure down the rabbit hole of my existential thoughts.
Welcome to a very raw, unfiltered and a whirlwind of a conversation.
