Alexander Lloyd HR Webinar - Supporting employee mental health during the pandemic and lockdown.
As the New Year brings new challenges with another lockdown, we bring you the first in a new series of HR webinars.
In our first webinar, we partner with Andy Knorpel, a Consultant at Synchrony Law, and Wendy Ladd, an occupational health specialist practitioner with AWL Occupational Health, who has a particular interest in mental health.
Even before the most recent lockdown was announced, many employers had decided that their staff would be unlikely to return to the workplace for a number of months. It now seems highly unlikely that office life will return to any kind of normality (whatever that may be) before Easter 2021. Some staff have been happy to work from home, but others have greatly missed their previous interactions with colleagues.
