Cinnamon Buns make people happy
As I recall my recipe for cinnamon buns, I remember how much my family LOVES my buns! The aroma fills the entire house and the warmth is amazing on a cold winter day. But the soft first bite, as you pull the bun apart and the sweet, yeasty, cinnamon taste is undescribably delicious!

I love creating new recipes. I was inspired by a beet and bean hummus and created my own recipe
Ingredients:
3 beets, prepared and roasted in olive oil with garlic, if desired
Himalayan sea salt
Cracked black pepper
1 can of Goya garbanzo/chick/cici beans
2 Tbsp. Sesame seeds, toasted
1 Tbsp. Sesame oil
3 Tbsp. Goat's milk yogurt
