Covid Story Time & Catch Up
Happy New Year!! It's finally 2021, nothing magically changed overnight, but still happy to be here. And we are so happy to be back recording! Our breaks are never scheduled (we'll work on that), but life got crazy. As most of 2020 was for a lot of us.

Let's Talk About Sex Baby! pt 2
Hey ya'll! Here is part 2 of our SEX conversation, and this time we're going to discuss a Psychology Today article that has an interesting take on why the topic of SEX makes people feel negatively toward it.
We also touch a bit on a CA lottery winner we meant to discuss in our Winning the Lottery Gone Wrong episode.
Per usual, if you've enjoyed what you've heard here, please like, share, and reach out to us on instagram @letstalkaboutitpodcast20.
Let's Talk About Sex Baby! pt 1
Hey y'all! As you can tell by the title, this episode is about SEX! But, not in a raunchy way :). We're talking about normalizing the conversations around it. Normalizing the topic of SEX itself. Why is sex considered bad? Why is sex considered taboo? Why are female and male genitalia considered vulgar to name or discuss? Why are we so "mums the word" when it comes to properly educating our youth about SEX and their bodies?
Mom and I are going to explore these questions over 3 episodes in our usual style of self-expression with some factual information thrown in there.
We hope you enjoy and JOIN in on the conversation! You can reach us on Instagram @letstalkaboutitpodcast20. DM or comment under a photo, we'd be happy to hear from you :).

Open Relationships pt. 2

Nice Guys (and Gals) Finish Last
Back at it, and with one of our favorite people this time! Our friend "Outlaw" is here talking with us about "the regular guy" and why nice men and woman often finish last. As usual, we get real about how we feel, past and present experiences, and just have a conversation like we normally do.
Please excuse some slight technically difficulties. We're still a very young podcast going through some growing pains, but stick with us!
We hope you enjoy this conversation, and remember, like, comment and share on whatever your favorite listening platform is!
You can reach out to us on Instagram @letstalkaboutitpodcast.
Open Relationships pt. 1
Hey everyone! Back again, and this time we're talking about Open Relationships! We share our thoughts and opinions of course, but also share some research I did on the topic. Now, this subject goes deep, so there's only so much we could fit into one episode. But, we'll be back with part 2 next week!
We hope you enjoy part 1 and as always, don't hesitate to reach out to us on Instagram @letstalkaboutitpodcast :)
Blackness & Black Stereotypes pt 2
We back again! We are trying to stay on top of it y'all! If you're anything like us, you've been just as annoyed with some of recent human behavior that's been on display more so than ever. And we're going to talk about it here!
We also have a conversation, as we normally would, about what "Blackness" is; what does that mean? It goes hand & hand with some of the black stereotypes. These our are own personal thoughts and feelings about these subject matters. We are in no way speaking for all black people.
Also, my apologies for a few disruptions, my iMessages goes off on my computer a few times and the old lady decides to interrupt a little Lol. Decided not to cut it because...real life :).
We hope you enjoy! Don't hesitate to reach out to us on Instagram @letstalkaboutitpodcast
Black Stereotypes pt. 1
We back....again lol. Put your big girl and big boy pants on for this one! We're going to be diving into a few heavy topics over the next few episodes. It's time and finally allowed for us as black people, to have these kinds of conversations more openly.
In this episode both me and my mother discuss our frustrations with certain stereotypes about black people. It's a hard topic and we both vent how we each feel. We are NOT speaking for all black people, only ourselves.
If you are sensitive to topics of racial discussion, or explicit language, this is NOT the episode for you.
For those who can handle it, we hope you enjoy and do not hesitate to reach out to us on Instagram @letstalkaboutitpodcast20.
Let's talk about it :). Stay Safe! Part 2 coming soon...
The Comeback
We back! For real this time. The kids are gone! We have our space, peace and some time back, so we'll be posting regularly again.
We've also decided to make changes to our content. We previously mentioned starting a second podcast that would be a discussion about all things life. Instead of doing that, we wanted to switch gears completely as there is too much going on in the world to cover and true crime only is limiting.
We hope you enjoy this new direction we're going in, we're excited about it! This episode we're just chitchatting about COVID-19, Black Lives Matter, the new direction of our show and other little tidbits.

Elizabeth Short aka The Black Dahlia Part 1
Hey everyone, we're so glad to be back! Today is the 71st anniversary of the day Elizabeth Short's gruesomely mutilated body was found in an empty lot in LA. Her body had been cut in half, after mutIlating her genitals and slicing her face from ear to ear. Those are just a few details of the many awful things that were done to this beautiful young lady.
Tune in if you'd like to know more about Betty's story and our thoughts about what happened to her and public perception.

Local News Death of a Toddler/Chit Chat
We're back! Sort of....we are trying to get it together, things have been insane since the move and taking on these children! Please bear with us.
We'll also be integrating YouTube for the 10th episode! And if it works out well, & you enjoy seeing our faces, we'll keep that going moving forward.
In this episode, mom and I discuss the local news story of the death of an adorable little 2 year old baby girl. Her death was at the hands of her neglectful & irresponsible 34 year old mother.
Me and mom also discuss the perils of parenthood and how much I do NOT want any children. Please join us in the discussion by tuning in & commenting below or on our instagram @fivefeetthreequarterspodcast.
Death by Social Media
Nursery Rhymes: The Dark Truth
Did you know there's a dark side to nursery rhymes?! Yes, those sing-song poems we've been happily teaching our babies & children for hundreds of years!! It's only aghast to us modern/new age folks because children, in the way we currently think of them, is still a newer thought process.
Sit back & relax or get in gear to drive and tune into to hear the dark & salacious truth about your children's nursery rhymes.

Necromancy & Necrophilia part 2
In part 2 of this series, we're concluding with more interesting historical facts about Necromancy and Necrophilia; as well as some real life (and real recent) cases of Necrophilia.
What are your thoughts on what a corpse is or isn't? Do you view a corpse or dead body as person or is it just an object once they're dead?

Necromancy & Necrophilia Part 1
In part one of this series, we're defining and exploring the histories of two taboo subjects. Necromancy is the practice of witchcraft (essentially) for the purposes of divination - gaining knowledge of the future and secret powers by communicating with the dead.
Necrophilia is the sexual attraction to dead bodies/corpses, and has been deemed a type of mental illness by the W.H.O. & APA. Some of the most well known serial killers are documented Necrophile's such as Ted Bundy & Jeffery Dahmer.
Sit back, relax and prepare to potentially be disgusted :)

Killer Couple: Alton Coleman & Debra Brown
We took an unexpected break due to some audio equipment issues, but we're back and happy to be! This time around we have the duo, killing couple Alton Coleman & Debra Brown. They terrorized the mid-west states during the summer of 1984, robbing, beating, raping and murdering, with victims as young as just 7 years of age. There was no rhyme or reason, they killed indiscriminately for the enjoyment of it.
