On each episode Tanya and Rachel will discuss how it is to be a female running a business, tips and tricks to grow your business, and they will be bringing in guests to talk about their experience in business! If you are a women interested in starting a business, this podcast is a must! The guest speakers brought onto the show are young, female entrepreneurs who broke barriers in order to pursue their interests.

Diving Deeper into the Startup World with Erin Flynn

On this weeks episode of Girl on Fire, Tanya Manocha & Rachel Georgian will be diving deeper into the startup world by interviewing Erin Flynn, the co-founder & CEO of the startup Cladwell!

Erin led Cladwell's growth over the last 4 years and most recently acquired Cladwell with her husband to turn it into an independently owned company. She has gone through top accelerators like 500 Startups and is currently part of Indie.vc's latest investment. She previously founded an influencer marketing startup called Canopi and has also led the launch of E.W Scripps’ first national digital subscription service. Erin and her husband Colin are living bigger lives with smaller wardrobes in Cincinnati with 1 super Irish sounding kid (Rooney) and a very formal puggle named Mr. Pug.

Exploring the Work of Women in STEM Advocate: Audrey Pe

On this weeks episode Tanya Manocha and Ritisha Keswani, the Operations Director at YELP, will be interviewing Audrey Pe, a Women in STEM advocate and executive director of WiTech.

Audrey Pe (@audreyisabelpe) is an incoming freshman at Stanford University and the founder and executive director of WiTech (@witechorg) -- a nonprofit organization based in the Philippines that aims to educate, inspire, and empower youth to make a difference and break gender barriers using technology.

Through WiTech, she has been working on projects at the intersection of technology and education since she founded the organization at age 15. She is now 19 and wrapping up her gap year before beginning university this fall.

Her work with WiTech has garnered her recognition as a 2019 Global Teen Leader, 2018 Zonta Young Women in Public Affairs District awardee, 2019 Zonta Women in Technology Asia-Pacific District Scholar, Opportunity Desk 30 Under 30 Changemaker, 2020 Women in IT Advocate of the Year Finalist and 2019 Women in Tech Global Aspiring Teen Award Finalist. A two-time TEDx, ASEAN and UN speaker, she has delivered over 30+ talks and has also been featured in local and international publications like Esquire and the Philippine STAR.

Interview with Sha'Rell Webb

On this weeks episode Tanya Manocha interviews a special guest, Sha'Rell Webb. She is an educational specialist. She works with about 21 scientists who study every part of our solar system and her job is to present the public with what they find. She is the first African American to have her position at the Lunar and Planetary Institute. Alongside her job she founded a program called Coding with a Twist which educates underestimated youth on the limitless possibilities of Coding and Robotics.
