Makeup - August 4

Friendship - July 30
Any day is a great day to celebrate friendship, but especially July 30th, which is International Friendship Day!

It's Plastic-free July! Lisa & Jen discuss the problem of plastic pollution, the Plastic-free July challenge, and why maybe skipping the straw isn't the magic bullet solution to climate change.
Everest - July
Lisa and Jen are back from a brief summer break with the start of Season 2!
They are starting this season at the top of the world (literally) with an episode on Everest! In this episode, they celebrate the anniversary of the first documented ascent (May 29th), the end of another Everest climbing season (end of June), and the birthdays of some of the most legendary climbers, which took place during our summer break.
They also discuss some of the problematic aspects about the commercialisation of this epic peak. (Yes, they do chat about poop).

Bats - April 17
April 17th is Bat Appreciation Day! Jen & Lisa celebrate these strange, amazing, and misunderstood creatures.
