This channel, which is for freethinking seekers, discusses the Natural and Rational Philosophy of the Advaita Vedanta of the Sanatana Dharma (aka Hinduism).
The podcast contains talks and discussions mostly on the greatest gift called life and about the ways to live a healthy, peaceful, love-filled, satisfying and fulfilling one. It is about love, family, children, parenting, friendship, relationship, self-confidence, loving and respecting animals and all of nature.
On the one hand, there are people who long for great opportunities, and on the other, there are also people, who, due to trivial matters, stick their heads in the sand and miss great prospects that knock on their door saying that they are feeling bitter and angry over life, and are therefore undergoing depression. It is very easy to lose great chances in the blink of an eye, which means that it would be unwise to not stay aware and alert.
Life is happening NOW.
Worrying is of absolutely no use simply because doing so will not improve anything but only make you sad and scared apart from damaging your chances of a better future. https://tavamithramsarvada.wordpress.com/2021/05/13/constructive-dreaming-instead-of-worrying-and-over-thinking/

Peace - it is the one state of mind that the subconscious mind of a person, however noble, rapacious, evil or violent their intentions might be, is constantly striving to attain.... https://tavamithramsarvada.wordpress.com/2021/05/03/my-peace-and-i/
Some come, some go, and some stay. Among those who come into your life, there are some who make you happy, some who make you sad, some that hurt you, or those that just do nothing. Among the ones that go out of your life, there are some whose exit makes you happy, some, whom you throw out of your life, and some who shatter you as they leave your life.
The Sanskrit expression “Neti Neti”, which can be found in ancient scriptures such as the Brihadaaranyaka Upanishad, the Chandogya Upanishad, and the Avadhuta Gita, means “Not this, not that”, “Neither this nor that”, or simply, “Not this, not this.” The perception of people who are brainwashed and converted into foreign cults, changes overnight and they suddenly start treating their own people as miserable sinners. The love they had for their family members and close friends suddenly turns into hatred merely because they have begun to PERCEIVE things differently and therefore see them as transgressors and infidels.
UNDERSTANDING THE NATURAL LAW OF CAUSE AND EFFECT. It is an irrefutable fact that everybody possesses some degree of a personality trait called narcissism. Of course, it is the degree of narcissism in a person that separates a normal person from someone who needs professional help. However negligible one’s degree of narcissism might be, it certainly is capable of pushing a person towards the feeling of entitlement, selfishness, and also the typical ‘Why me’ Question. One’s own answer to the ‘Why me?’ question is usually based on self-pity and the feeling of being a victim of others, of external forces, or simply of misfortune. People who care to set aside this narcissistic trait of theirs, however small and insignificant it might be, and also their feeling of being a victim, succeed in finding out not the answer to the ‘Why me?’ question but a permanent solution to it.
A Virtual Sunrise – Meditation Session that includes a peek into your Self to perceive your own Divinity. Set in the C# scale - resonating along with the magical tone of the Earth.
SBG 10 : 20 I am the Self, O Arjuna, situated within all living entities. I am the origin, the middle and also the end of all beings.
SBG 13 : 27 The person who truly sees is the one who sees the Supreme Divine existing equally, the 'unperishing' within the perishing.
SBG 13 : 28 Such a person sees the same Supreme Divine dwelling equally everywhere does not destroy the Self by the self and he goes to the highest goal.
SBG 18 : 20 That by which one sees the one indestructible Reality in all beings, undivided among the divided – you should know that knowledge to be Sattvic or pure.
SBG 18 : 53 A person who has given up egoism, false strength, arrogance, anger, desire, and covetousness; is free from possessiveness and is always peaceful; is fit to attain Brahman or Super-Consciousness.
SBG 18 : 54 Becoming Brahman, serene in the Self, he neither grieves nor desires; he is the same to all beings and he attains supreme devotion unto Me.

In the year 1972, a woman called Linda Darby successfully pulled through an escape from the Indiana State women’s prison. Linda had been sentenced to 30 years in prison for killing her second husband and setting their house on fire to cover up the crime.
What a photographer who wishes to shoot a picture usually does include aiming the camera at the subject, turning the dial to adjust the focus, confirming if the light available is sufficient for the exposure, holding the camera steady, and finally shooting. A gunman or an archer also does something similar to what the photographer does except that when he shoots, a projectile is fired out of his weapon unlike what happens in a camera.
Some people wonder why bad things keep happening to them again and again and why they always get cheated or let down by others. As a matter of fact, there are patterns which time and again, occur in everybody’s life. You may have come across some people who...
This presentation contains a set of 23 questions asked by some of the visitors to this site and their respective answers from me. They are primarily the most common questions people have regarding the Sanatana Dharma, which in no way is any organised religion. It is an ancient yet rational philosophy that has evolved over many millennia thanks to the contribution of great people including highly accomplished sages, and it has been handed down to the present generation of people by our forefathers who preserved it in order for us to benefit from it.
However, care needs to be taken to avoid its very essence of being nondualistic from being altered and doctored by certain groups of people and religious organisations with vested interests or due to sheer ignorance. Doing so leads to major misunderstandings about the supreme philosophy of the Advaita Vedanta, which, when translated, means the ‘Nondualistic (path) towards the end or the goal of knowledge.’
Q . Why don't people remember all that they learned in the previous Janma and why do they have to go through the entire learning process all over again? Q. What happens to a person who has fallen from righteousness in one Janma? Does the person have to undergo all the pains and sufferings again? https://tavamithramsarvada.wordpress.com/snl/ #karma #bhagavadgita #krishna #gita
In my PodTalk No. 06 ‘Thoughts, Desires, Passion and Lust’, I said that a thought has two parts, namely the subject and the object. The object is what or who one thinks of and the subject is invariably the false ‘I’ or the false ego which veils the real ‘I’, the ‘Self’ or the consciousness of a person. This false ego is based on the identification of the ‘Self’ with the body along with its attributes such as strength, beauty, general appearance and so on. The false ‘I’ which is seated in the mind, that I call the two-faced trickster, tricks the real ‘Self’ into believing that the false ‘I’ is the real ‘Self’. https://tavamithramsarvada.wordpress.com/the-atman-and-its-checked-baggage/

Many people believe that troubles in life are a result of Karmic retribution. Well, it is quite understandable that past Karma could be a cause for not only the bad times that one experiences in life but also for the good ones, but calling it ‘retribution’, goes against the very principle of ‘Cause and Effect’.
We all are aware that the Srimad Bhagavad Gita is a dialogue between Arjuna and Bhagavan Krishna. Arjuna was not only in a dilemma, but he was also under severe stress because he was unsure of what he was supposed to do. He found it difficult to decide what was righteous and what was not.
What is it that causes a person to sin?
SBG 3:40 “The senses, the mind and the intelligence are called the seats of lust. They cover the power of discrimination and knowledge and delude the embodied being.”
Quite often you hear single people say, “I feel lonely,” “I have no one to love me,” “Is my Karma so bad that I can’t get married and have a good spouse?” “I feel so depressed, dejected and bitter with my life,” and so on..........

Almost everyone has undergone heartaches caused by someone who hurt them or left them for someone else. It could have been among school friends, colleagues, relatives or romantic couples who had sworn earlier they would never leave. From a psychological point of view, such a heartache can be said to be a result of ego, attachment and the will to possess the loved person.
When a person suggests something to you, you are actually receiving thoughts and ideas from another human being with their own education and different kinds of experience. The information or advice is all the more important when the other person is of the opposite gender!

The hard, bitter, undeniable and unavoidable truth about life is, death. It is the only event that one can be sure of taking place someday or the other. Just as all rivers rush towards the ocean...
When things do not go as one wishes, they tend to blame others, their fate, their natal chart, their teachers, their country and everyone as well as everything else other than themself who is the actual cause of everything. I have written in quite a few posts of mine about the three possibilities why things happen to people in life:
1. Everything is merely a coincidence and nothing has any reason whatsoever.
2. It is due to the principle of Cause and Effect or Karma
3. There is a God above who is doing all this to you.
