Rachel is an award-winning journalist, a wellness book author, an athlete, a qualified coach, a yoga and meditation teacher (a wellness geek!)

Rachel is the ambassador for the Rotorua Marathon which she has run 4 times and has completed 25 marathons at the last count including guiding lots of disabled athletes for the Achilles foundation.

We discuss her journey from unfit, stressed- out investigative journalist and mother, to becoming a wellness coach and recently publishing her first book - Balance: Food, Health + Happiness.
