Defining Digital Wellbeing: Cultivating a Healthy Way of Existing Online

Defining Digital Wellbeing: Cultivating a Healthy Way of Existing Online

In this episode we talk about ways in which unhealthy social media usage can affect us. We share our experiences with how social media has shaped our lives.

Our attention is a commodity that most companies building social tech solutions are capitalizing off of. With this in mind, it is not a far fetched idea that these solutions are therefore designed to foster situations where we spend most of our time glued to them.

This makes it a much harder fight to engage with these tech solutions healthily and in a way that does not compromise our wellbeing.

Join us as we tackle ways in which we can counter social media addiction  and how we can achieve digital wellbeing.

We would love to hear your thoughts on the conversation so do tweet us @TechUnstackPod. You can also us the hashtag #TechUnstackPod to engage with us.
