What an episode! I chat to you about the role of intentionally reshaping our minds to be a home where our intuition and authentic personality are safe to shine. Fear is what blocks our connection to our inner compass, it's also what blocks us from receiving truth. Fear stems from the way we see the world, and the way we see the world is based off our conditioning. What's great is our conditioning isn't set, it's a mindset, it's our beliefs, it's the ideas we chose to focus on and build evidence for in our lives. Thus, when we intentionally create our mind reality and release our fear based conditioning - we set ourselves free to be who we really are and the connection to our intuition becomes the leading force of our life - a life lived in love and flow.

What an epsiode! You know those cycles that just seem to loop themselves and those patterns that keep repeating in your life? There's always a degree of believing in lies that keeps us stuck in these cycles we'd rather break. If you keep 'chatting' about it, trying to 'figure' it out or you're still trying to solve a 'problem' that keeps coming up over and over again, then perhaps it's not a 'problem' after all. Perhaps the experience or the relationship is the - universe, God, higher self - literally hitting you in the face and reminding you that you didn't come here to loop back into the pointless conversations that are based on b*llshit and a weak mindset over and over again. You can here to create, to inspire, to have fun and be committed to your highest expression, not to judge who's reality is wrong and who's reality is right over and over again.

This episode is literally insane if I do say so myself. The perspective and the power of the thought processes I share in this episode can and will take you to the moon if you let it. Seriously, all of us can be more kind to ourselves and more open to our true human nature. The process of being human is easy to judge when we're viewing it through the lense of our conditioning. But there's nothing inherently wrong about the trial and error process, infact the trial and error process is what life is all about. We can either spend our time on the sidelines judging and complaining, or we can jump in head first; to which we will uncover the fact that ever decision is equally precious and important regardless of the outcome when it comes to reconnecting to our intuition and coming home to who we really are. 16. You can live a 'high on life' life all the fucking time - let's talk about it!

Let's dive into our emotions, what they're actually there for and why so many of us stay stuck in the same loops of emotions. The funny thing is that when we feel stuck it's not because of the emotional loop we're experiencing, but moreso our lack of experiencing. I'm going to break down what most of us are doing *cough* repressing our emotions *cough* instead of actually syncing with them and allowing them to guide us home to who we really are. I used to be the queen at repressing how I felt, and the thing is most of us (myself included) are doing this without any concious awareness. When we aren't connected to our emotions we are basically in a limbo state where we aren't really experiecing the full lows or the full highs of our lives. This state of being leads to one thing - everyone is searching for a high to distract them or to make them feel connected to the depth and beauty of life. But I'm not joking when I say that your life really can be a high all the time. No need to disract yourself, no more confusion - just freedom. Let me break this all down!

However, the next most important step is once you have these new thoughts, visions, desires come through - you MUST have the disipline to action your vision into material form. This is the power of keeping the promises you make with yourself. The act of doing what you say you're going to do is the very process whereby you connect with your true self. Self love and self trust is a process that requires you to honour your dreams, your goals and your vision. If you don't do what you say you're going to do, then how will you maintain the level of self love and self trust required to live your best f*cking life. The reason many people will never embrace who they really are and get out into the world sharing their passions, pursuits and dreams with the world is because of the very thought and conditioning process that I'll be breaking down in this episode! This is the very process that I had to break down within myself in order for me to let go and create space for new ways of thinking that served my joy and supported my vision, my creativity and my message. So many of us are unknowningly playing an internal game that can never be won because it goes against the very nature of the universe. The game of ridding the world of the 'bad' and the 'wrong' in order for the 'good' and the 'right' to win. To do this, we think we need to 'convert' the wrong in the world into right, which in pretty much all cases is other people. To do this we think we need to talk to people who don't want to listen to us in the first place. So before we even begin our journey of being who we freely and truly are, most never will for the simple reason that focusing on converting 'wrong' to 'right' is an exhausting and not to mention frightening process, for this very conditioning also requires us to receive tonnes of external validation from others. Let me break down this flawed premise!

So I went Ice Skating yesterday. It's a new thing for me, and one of my 2023 resolutions is to learn how to ice skate. As I went through the motions of getting my ice skates, walking to the rink, getting on the ice, feeling underwhelmed, then feeling excited, then nervous all over again - I had a lot of analogies come through. Today I am relating my recent experience of commiting to something new with our relationships to others. Each of us has an internal navigation pad, our emotions. Yet so many of us feel ashamed and guilty for how we feel, and this leads to us disconnecting from our emotions all together, and repressing them instead of becoming one with them and letting them to do their job - guide us towards what serves us and release us from what no longer does. We think that by giving attention to our emotions we give our emotions power over us, and we fear loosing control and feeling powerless as we act and say things that really do feel out of our control in the moment. However, if we were to connect to how we really felt, we would actually have full control over how we express and share our emotional experience with others. Releasing the shame and guilt we feel around feeling, and becoming one with our emotions, is the same as becoming one with who we truly are. Our emotions are always guiding us correctly along our life path. It's when we resist how we truly feel that we create turmoil and challenge in our life. Let's explore!

All of us have been there, at a point where we feel totally helpless because try as we might we simply cannot control how other people act, perceive and live their lives. All of us feel justified when we judge others, because we feel our judgements are just and that if the other person was to take our opinions or advice seriously then not only would our lives improve, but so would theirs. However, when we look closer at this and connect with the fact that in the moment, EVERYBODY feels like they're helping when they share their ideas with us - and we recall all the times that somebody shared advice or opinions that didn't feel helpful at all. In fact, the memories we can still recall were probably times where we felt hurt, judged or ridiculed by another person, not helped by them. Seeing this double standard, I'm sure you can see that just because you think you're right and just when you're telling someone else what's 'right' or 'correct' behaviour, the other person of the receiving end of the advice they never asked for is probably feeling a different kind of way about your 'helpful' feedback. Let me be real with you, trying to control how other people live their lives in order for you to feel good never works out how you wish it would. Let's explore!

What we think that we dislike in other people, is really just a misalignment of thought within ourselves (and therefore also what we don't like about ourselves either). Whenever we judge, criticize, or label other peoples behaviour as selfish, wrong or inadequate - the 'bad' feeling we experience isn't actually a result of another persons action or inaction, but a result of viewing others in a negative light. Your inner being (source, God, higher self, etc) loves you and others unconditionally. So when you experience anything other than love towards yourself or others, due to thinking in a way that causes you to withdrawal that unconditional love - you'll always feel 'off' or 'bad'. Usually we think that we need to remove those aspects from our lives, including the people that display those aspects, because we think it's their selfishness, thoughtlessness, or whatever label we've given, that's causing our emotional turmoil. But really, all the turmoil is coming from within - from thoughts that don't align with who you really are. Lets explore!

We don't need others to understand us or even accept our actions as 'right' before we can pursue, act and create exactly what we feel called to. The fear, the guilt, the shame - isn't coming from others - it's coming from within ourselves. Just because someone else might see you in a different way (they might think you're selfish), doesn't mean that you have to see yourself that way too. It's when we match that same energy that we experience the discomfort of no longer being aligned with who we really are. When we judge others, and when we judge ourselves, we'll always feel this misalignment. And that's great - that's what our feelings are for. They bring to our attention where our thoughts and beliefs are no longer aligned with who we are, and with that awareness we now have the ability to create the change we seek, from the inside out. There's no need to wait for others to make the first move, because the game we're playing is one between who we really are and who we think we are.
