Here we look at saucha and its meaning.. there is cleanliness then there is purity.. cleanliness is external .. purity is internal.. all yogic practices invite us to purify our thoughts our bodies our hearts our speech our actions.. it is then we care in true alignment this is saucha.. it is protective it is light and refreshing🙏

Looking at this vibrational awareness knowing we are energy frequencies and vibrations first… taking the path of the high vibrational lifestyle… this is my understanding of what it is … I hope you find is insightful and comforting❤️
