Intriguing enchantment; an affair of the heart. Since ancient times, India has been a diverse empire of mystery. Just as this vast country is diverse in its spices and geographical characteristics, its 1.2 billion people are equally diverse in caste, culture, religion, and linguistics.
In this episode, I explore the mystical country of Thailand. It would take a lifetime to scratch the surface of this country. It's like visiting four different countries with it's unique geographical regions, stunning scenery, and diverse cultures and rich traditions.
The tale of my search for a pirate's treasure led me to East Puerto Rico where I discovered a chef known as Mama Wanda. She served me up some of her famous pig foot and yam stew and taught me the most important ingredient in food.
