But limitations originate in the belief that man's existence is material and is subject to conditions over which he has no control. The number one way professionals with high IQs destroy their careers is by having low emotional intelligence. You need to have a brilliant IQ to be a good engineer,but to be a leader of engineers,your EQ matters more than your IQ.
