Creating a Weekly Day of Rest You Will Love
What if I told you that you could have a vacation every week? For most of us it's true. It's called a day of rest. It takes a little forethought and preparation, but taking time off of all work and busyness is so healthy for our minds and bodies and nurturing for our relationships. In this episode we talk about why a day of rest is important, what activities you might include, and how to prepare.
How to Make Rest a Way of Life
We often rush through our lives, hardly stopping, until we get a day off or a vacation. We find these experiences less than ideal because we can't really relax and let go. We don't need more vacations but a restful way to live, consistently. Join me in incorporating some rhythms to daily life that will set your heart at peace, make your relationships stronger, and enable your body to fully rest.
