The Backroom Staff Podcast is here to try and help you as a sports fan have a better understanding of what goes on behind the scenes of professional sport. Each episode will focus on different roles you can find in a sports club from Strength and Conditioning coaches to Physios to those Educating young hopefuls in sports academies. Hopefully you’ll join me in uncovering a better understanding of what these roles entail and what drives the people in them.
