2.7 Return
There’s nothing left inside me. I used
to be homes to many. I was filled with
rooms and color. Vibrant and sharp. I
explored the universes within me and
understood more of the universe without
me.
2.6 Echo Box
Lovely studio with concrete walls, floors, and ceiling. No bathroom, kitchen, doors, or windows. Plenty of ambient light from source or sources unknown. All previous occupants have died here in every imaginable way, though this could possibly be the first time anyone has ever been inside this particular space. Key is under the mat.
2.5 Frozen Figure
Farmhouse on 5 acres with a pastoral view. 6 bedrooms, 3 and a half baths. Fully stocked with food, clean water, and heat. Miles away from everything but peace and quiet, if you don’t mind the hot bugs in the trees. The area is prone to fierce winds and temperatures drop at night, so bring warm clothes or a blanket to snuggle under. And no matter what you hear or see in the house, do NOT go outside after dark. Key is under the mat.
2.4 Mrs Bones
Studio. Furnished. Mostly bare. Fridge and oven included. Communal bathroom down the hall. Located downtown. Noisy but you’ll be left alone. Ideal or single professionals looking to move into the city. Rent controlled, hence the discounted rate. Previous owner unknown. By the time they were found all that was left was bones. Key under the mat.
2.3 Mr. Heavy Bones
One bedroom one bath with garden. Total privacy, but noisy neighbors. Ideal for those interested in an active night life. Kitchen has a few essentials, take out menus are by the fridge. Linens are freshly washed the Netflix password is lemonfreshflicks99, no uppercase. Watch what you like, just don’t rate anything. Something big and slow has sometimes been seen in the garden late at night, make sure to keep the door locked and never, ever go back there. Key is under the mat.
2.2 Cracker Man
5 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house in the quiet suburbs. Fully stocked kitchen and pantry, help your self to all you like. Smart TV and streaming apps available in the home theatre room, private garage available if you’re driving yourself. Guests are welcome but please clean up after yourselves and no loud music after 9. The family who used to live here was brutally murdered by a desperate man at the end of his rope who’s body was falling part. Key is under the mat.
2.1 - Burger Baby
A quaint one bedroom basement apartment with bathroom included and private entrance. Upstairs residents will give you privacy but the walls are thin. A 20 minute drive to downtown and walking distance to a grocery store. No windows, but high ceilings and good ventilation. The former owners were neglectful parents and let their child starve before its 2nd birthday. It’s still down there, and it’s still hungry. Key is under the mat.
