• Make your property the prime property in the area (hub), and the deer from the surrounding property will come to your property at some point as part of their travel.
• The first thing to focus on is security: If you have the most secure property in an area, that is where they will go when the pressure is on. Security is the most important thing, and once Don figured this out, his success skyrocketed.
• Food will help populate deer on your farm, especially in the right season. Offer things that other properties are not offering, and make your property different and better.

But what I’ve noticed- there isn’t a resource right now that covers the nitty-gritty of land transactions and everything else land.

Now just a little about myself and my level of expertise, my name Jake Hofer  - I am a broker out of the state of Illinois and I work with LANDPROZ. I graduated from Western Illinois University in 2017 and I am the co-owner of exodus Trail cameras which - a DTC trail camera manufacture that has been disrupting the trail camera industry over the last six years.
