3 • Conquering Depression: Love + Self-Love + Forgiveness = Keys to Healing (Part 2)
The continuation of my battle with depression.
In this episode, I tell you guys about the moment between my little brother Anthony, and how he indirectly helped me save my own life. I share how I conquered my depression, and fell in love with myself and found the love and will to live, and stay alive. It was not easy, I almost didn't make it, but ya girl fought for her life. This also teaches not to judge a book by its cover, because I hid it pretty well, to the point where people in school or my own family didn't know I was suicidal.
Do you guys believe God speaks to you through other people, or events that occur in your life? I want to take this time to thank the people who were there for my journey to healing and growing into the woman and human being I am today.

In this episode, I share my battle with depression, enduring physical, mental and sexual abuse (molestation), self-harm, suicide. I know it is A LOT and it's going to get uncomfortable, but it's important that I share my struggles and my story with you, while being 100% raw and vulnerable with you all. I know a lot of people suffer from depression and I want to show you guys that eventually, the pain subsides. That you do not have to be a prisoner of your trauma and pain. I am living proof of what healing, and growing through what you go through is.
I want you, whoever is listening, to know that I understand. I hear you, feel you, see you, because I went through it too.
So hang in there for this ride, I promise you I get my happily ever after.
