The symptoms of PMDD can be  severe and many sufferers go through horrible periods every month, even making them contemplate suicide.  Emily Holloway and Allie McHugh, who between them have over 20 years experience working in mental health decided to form the PMDD collective after noticing there was such a lack of support.  Emily and Ally join me on todays episode.
