S2 E5 WHY WEIGHTS DON'T MAKE YOU BULKY - with Zof

On this episode I talk to the wonderful Zof who is a qualified PT and nutritional advisor. Having improved her own confidence and mental health through weight training and fitness, we pick apart the concept that 'lifting weights makes you bulky' and why that is simply not true.

We also cover lots of other topics including Zof's own journey with health and fitness.

For lots more informative content check out Zof's page @zof.fit / www.zof.fit

As ever, all feedback greatly appreciated. Much love, Pip. X

S2 E1 UNLEARNING DIET CULTURE with Fran Lewthwaite and Maddie Smith

S2 E1 UNLEARNING DIET CULTURE with Fran Lewthwaite and Maddie Smith

For the first episode of the season I am joined by the wonderful Fran and Maddie to talk about relationships with food and exercise, the diet culture explosion on social media, indicators that many of us have been impacted by unhealthy diet culture marketing without even realising and how to make your social media a more positive place.
This is just the tip of the iceberg of a huge conversation around food and exercise but I think we manage to touch on a really good range of topics.
Both Maddie and Fran have their own successful Instagram platforms. Make sure to go and support them @fran_eatsanddrinks and @maddiefit_uk
As ever if you have any feedback, constructive or otherwise please rate review and let me know.
Lots of love, Pip

I talk to adventurer and intrepid explorer Anna Blackwell who is just infectiously positive so I hope you really enjoy listening.
