She talks about how important it is to do things well, efficiently and equitably. She also talks about the power of administrative work to get things done. She shares some great wisdom about properly setting standards for other people, as not everyone has high standards. She also talks about understanding that life is not fair, and sometimes people have more challenges than others, and that there are matrices of oppression that stack on top of life's general unfairness.
She asks everyone to wear a mask around for at least a week, for both the health awareness, and because it helps show who belongs in public life.
