In episode 6 of the Zea Time Chat, Maren and Sofí discuss menstruation. Starting with their own very different experiences of learning about periods as children to then starting their own periods and all the struggles and dare we say joys that came after. They also touch on their favourite period products, how to be sustainable when bleeding and the barriers women face due to menstruation.

In this episode, Maren and Sofí discuss gender based violence in the United States. Starting with their own earliest memories of learning about sexual violence, to discussing definitions and forms of violence, then finally chatting about how the realities of violence against women manifest themselves in the everyday lives of women and girls.
