Recreating Thomas Gonnet's Sales Pitch With New SMMA From Scratch, Racking Up Quick Capital, Business Model In-Depth Explanation

In this episode, I recreate Thomas Gonnet's pitch deck creating a hypothetical SMMA from scratch. I create a random lead generation agency from scratch with med spas as my niche. As I go through this business plan, I utilize ad creatives from Gonnet's sales call and show an exact timeline and plan in which you can scale an agency. Keep in mind: I would never use this in an actual sales call. I am only using this as an example for this episode to show you in detail how the business plan works and explain to you the skills necessary to be successful in the industry. After the first 7 minutes, I go in depth with how to accumulate funding, provide a SWOT analysis, the organizational structure and how to timeline your onboarding all in the CONVERSATION STYLE OF PITCHING A NEW BUSINESS TO YOU. Brotherhood, How To Surround Yourself With High Value People, Hang With Bros Who Push You To Do More

I talk about the importance of brotherhood on your self improvement journey and why it's necessary to have people that are as like-minded as you as your close friends. Many struggle with finding people in their hometown who have the same ambition as them, want the same things out of life and will do whatever it takes even if it takes years to achieve it. For most people, finding that best friend or group of people that just really understand you, go through the same things as you and individuals you just really click with is hard to find. Today, I talk about what I've learned since asking this question myself in 2019. If you enjoy, please consider following for everyday episode notifications!

Hustle Culture, Balance Does Not Exist, David Goggins

Hustle Culture, Balance Does Not Exist, David Goggins

Hustle Culture is basically the belief that you got to spend every waking hour of your life working because there’s always someone out there that’s working harder than you. It's about working long hours, bragging about not sleeping enough and working a lot, claiming to be exhausted but forcing yourself to work through it, mentioning how many cups of coffee you drank to stay awake so that you can continue to work, believing that resting is a waste of time, etc. So it brings to light the question "Is hustle culture really worth it?" Game Theory

Game Theory

In this segment, we discuss game theory and the whole concept behind it. In a Yale University lecture a couple years back, the professor set up an experiment where he put two individuals on the opposite side of each room with one sponge each. The game was simple: hit your opponent with your sponge. If you did not decide to throw the sponge, you would have to take one step forward which would increase your opponent’s chances of winning the game. As the two players took steps forward, one finally decided to throw the sponge and missed. The other opponent was easily keep taking steps forward and win the game. Game theory is the thought process that goes behind whether to throw the sponge or not. Watch this episode as we analyze other research study phenomena!!

Ryan Singh - Compound Gains, Atomic Habits, The 1% Rule

With guest speaker Ryan Singh, we discuss the personal growth journey we've all had over the past couple of years and how COVID really served as a "quarantine revelation". What it gave us was a time to reevaluate our lives and realize that we could get 1% better each day. For many, it was an experimentation period, as the beginning stages of anything always are. We dig deep into the study of success and how it will always be exponential, and never linear. Many see success as a straight line, or something where if you put in the work for 1,2,3, even 4 months straight, you will see results. But success is never like that. Like an exponential graph, it stays at the bottom until it reaches a halfway point, where it will then shoot up. The habits, the mindset, and just this entertaining segment on how far the little things in life go will be uncovered on this comedic and motivational episode. Listen to this episode for some brilliant discussion!
