Deep Dives aims at evaluating and researching different obscure genres, artists, and songs. It covers music ranging from Rock to Jazz and beyond. In this episode, we take a dive into the Math Rock genre and explore what it means, where it originated, and what it sounds like today.

On Enloe Action’s inaugural episode, we interview activist Yakob Lemma. Yakob is a founder of Wake County Black Student Coalition, a local organization that advocates for black students’ rights in schools. Take a listen as Yakob describes WCBSC’s 5-point plan to ensure that all Wake County students are listened to and getting the resources they need. He also goes in depth about why he got involved in the Black Lives Matter movement and his experiences as an activist.
