Going Dry - My Path to Overcoming Habitual Drinking with Sean Robinson
Sean is a 39-year-old Electrician, Volunteer Firefighter, Father and Husband. Feeling depressed about his personal health and habits, he decided to make some changes in his life that would help him be more positive and healthy. Coming from a place where he felt he couldn't talk about what was bothering him without ridicule, he kept it inside and tried to fix it himself. Starting in 2021, Sean weighed 320lbs, and reached his "rock bottom" and he decided to take a break from drinking alcohol. At the same time, Sean started journaling and kept a record of what challenges he faced and how he overcame the pressures of going back to old habits and routines. Sean challenged himself to be sober for an entire year and shared this journal in his book Going Dry - My Path to Overcoming Habitual Drinking. This challenge helped change his identity and become the person that he never thought he could be on his own and while still sober, he is encouraging others to remove the things in their life that may be holding them back as well.

Challenge Diabetes
Chet Galaska is a retired businessman who is working to dispel myths and misperceptions that surround diabetes. He is not a medical professional but has had the disease since 1981 and sees things from the perspective of people who have diabetes and experience the issues he discusses. The basic problem is that people generally do not understand diabetes and much of what they believe is untrue. To address this he wrote The Diabetes Book: What Everyone Should Know and developed the Challenge Diabetes Program. CDP teaches the basics to diabetics, those who care about them, and anyone who wants to know the facts. Chet’s goal is to create an informed and supportive social environment that respects diabetics who fight it and encourages those who don’t to take it seriously. Kenra Henry is a beacon of resilience and transformation. Understanding Scalar energy
Tom Paladino is a Holistic Medical Expert, Scalar Energy Researcher & Humanitarian based in Florida. Scalar energy is the fundamental life force found everywhere in the world, space and universe. It originates from the sun and stars. Chi, prana, OM, mana, life force, pyramid energy or zero point energy are synonymous terms for scalar energy. Tom theorized that all energy in the universe initiates as scalar energy; and that the sun of our solar system and the stars of the universe are the points of origin, “the storehouses,” for scalar energy. He further theorized that scalar energy is instructive energy, as the entire universe is instructed by this Divine Essence. Subsequently, all spiritual, cognitive, emotional and physical action in the universe is initiated and maintained by scalar energy instructions. Scalar energy provides order in the universe.

Weirdo 2.0 the True Story
Growing up in the seventies and eighties, Christopher knew he was odd because the activities kids liked were not always the same as he wanted to do. He was bullied and teased constantly, and he never understood why. The bullying lasted up to about his sophomore year in high school. Trying to have a girlfriend was impossible. he was always a romantic, but trying to share that with the opposite gender didn't happen. His mother knew there was something different about him, but she didn't know (and neither did the doctors) what his deal was. She tried to put him in smaller classes, and high school, He attended a country school even though he lived in the city. He got accepted to the California and Colorado Art Institutes because of his early work in video art from the Macintosh II computer. (Remember, we're talking 1988 at the time.) But Mom said no, so he was forced to attend a community college. Little did his mother know he would meet a beautiful woman in the Spring of 1989. His mother was not thrilled he met this woman; worse, he proposed and married her in November that year. His wife had a daughter, a son, and a set of twin daughters. When his twin daughters started to grow, one daughter suddenly started to regress to the point of not communicating with Christopher or his wife or her sister. The doctors told the couple that she has low-functioning autism and that they should expect to take care of her for the rest of her life. Fortunately, Children's Mercy Hospital was experimenting with an Alzheimer's medication called Nemenda. Something extraordinary happened; the medication started to work! Their daughter's brain developed from low functioning to higher-functioning autism. Not only this revelation but her twin sister was also diagnosed with high-functioning autism. (Higher than her sister.) It’s mentioned this because they learned that autism is hereditary, so together as husband and wife decided to have Christopher tested for autism, and guess what..... He has a disability as well. Christop knows this sounds horrible, but he was so relieved that he finally found out what was wrong was him. He was 35 when he finally found out, but not knowing for all those years was maddening. Weirdo 2.0 is a story about the horrific experience Christopher had the last year as a teacher in his old school district. After a meeting with the superintendent, he didn't like the answer about the state testing. So after the meeting, he met with the head of HR and told her to get rid of the 'weirdo.' From then on, many administrators, coordinators, and other officials came into his room, taking notes and trying to get him to quit. He had accommodations put into his records with HR before he started with the district. They broke every accommodation because he was autistic—the book focuses on people like himself who have been bullied at work because of our disability. Please note names and locations were changed for legal reasons. Currently, Christopher is still married to his wife of 33 years. He teaches SPED for an urban school district, but he is looking to be an administrator soon. He is still writing, but finding the time has been tricky. Both Christopher and his wife have two granddaughters, three dogs, and a cat!
The Difference Between Coca-Cola and Pepsi, Explained
Coca-Cola, nutritionally, has a touch more sodium than Pepsi, which reminds us of Topo Chico or a club soda and results in a less blatantly sweet taste. Pepsi packs more calories, sugar, and caffeine than Coke. Although they both have carbonation and sweet flavor, the taste difference is undeniable.

The Wojo Way
Jason first came to Lifeonaire as a student in 2009. On the surface he appeared successful and by most external measures, seemed to be “living the dream”. But behind closed doors he was unhappy, stressed, overworked, and desperate to live life on his own terms.
With the help of Lifeonaire, Jason was able to turn everything around, reinvent himself and his businesses, and design a life of true joy, passion, fulfillment and freedom.
His gratitude for the Lifeonaire message and philosophy, along with his desire to empower and encourage others, led to him first becoming a Titanium coach, working with some of the country’s most successful business owners and investors, then lead event instructor, and now he runs the company as CEO.
He has spoken and shared with audiences of all types worldwide, and has impacted the lives and legacies of thousands by walking them through the proven Lifeonaire process of creating a life and business they love.
He has been blessed with a beautiful wife, three daughters, a weiner dog named Rusty and lives in North Carolina. For fun he “lifts things up and puts them down”, plays electric guitar in the worship band at his church, and spends time with his family.
The Knowledge of the truth is Power
Olivier Mankondo is a keynote speaker, author, weight loss and wellness coach with a passion to help people achieve optimal health. He has been on a plant-based nutrition since 2016. Just by chance, he happened to be watching a program that showed that animal products were not designed for the human mechanism.
He applied this newfound knowledge in his life and was able to cure himself of high blood pressure, severe headaches, chest pains, painful joints, back pain, abscesses and dandruff without the use of any medication.
Before adopting to a plant-based nutrition and the newfound knowledge, Olivier Mankondo weighted 100 kilos (15½ stone) and subsequently lost 35 kilos (5½ stone) in nine months without surgery or physical exercises (gyms, boot camps, etc.).
After the change in his diet and lifestyle, Olivier’s health has been optimal, and he has never been sick ever since. He shared his knowledge and experience about a plant-based nutrition with his wife and brother, and they too had witnessed dramatic transformations in their health. Both of them have been able to reverse their chronic diseases and are now in perfect health.
After witnessing significant transformations due to the adoption of a plant-based nutrition, Olivier decided to share this powerful message with the world and empower people with this knowledge.
He has helped and continue to help a lot of people through his message to adopt a healthy lifestyle so they can lose their excess weight, prevent, stop, and even reverse their chronic diseases.

A DARK FORCE | 20 YEARS WITH A COVERT NARCISSIST
Celebrated music maven Erin Riley looked like she had it all: a 1960s Mad Men–style upbringing on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, then an escape
to “find herself” in glamorous 1970s Hollywood, where she landed some of the most influential positions of the 1980s music industry. She hung out with rock stars like Keith Richards, Steven Tyler, James Taylor, and Jon Bon Jovi and chose the hit records for America’s #1 rock & roll radio station, WMMR-FM. But her colorful, raucous, rock & roll life hid dark secrets.
An emotionally neglected child with a generational legacy of stoicism and hiding painful truths, Erin had no real experience with love and healthy relationships. The marriage she thought would be her happily-ever-after led to 20 years of confusion, heartbreak, anger, and betrayal, all fueled by a malignant covert narcissist. Erin’s honest, searing memoir recounts her self-discovery journey through a series of life’s traumas and tragedies, her many bad decisions, and two toxic marriages. Her story will bring insight and guidance to survivors of narcissistic abuse and those questioning their relationships, and the hope that they, like Erin, can find a joyous rock & roll redemption.
