Episode 9: The Role of the Chief Justice in the Electoral Process
The United Democratic Alliance (UDA) recently came out guns blazing against the CJ, Lady Justice Martha Koome for her participation in the election preparation by virtue of her membership of the Technical Working Committee. This Committee consists of the CSs Fred Matiang'i and Joe Mucheru of Interior and ICT respectively, the Attorney General, and the IEBC among other players. In this episode, I have explained how the UDA fears lack in merit and justified the importance of the CJ in the electoral process.

Secondly, I am very concerned that the same people who were at the center of the 2017 General Elections are likely to be the center of the 2022 elections. Never mind under the stewardship, the Presidential Elections were annulled by the Supreme Court.
