Back in February, we talked to the visionaries at UMass Lowell, where their enterprise instance has skyrocketed and the use cases continue to roll in. Focusing in on their implementation of Student Advisor Link from Salesforce.org, they have created an amazing student experience in their one-stop and created a stakeholder network on campus. This was a fun one with lots of information to share from an institution excelling in enterprise Salesforce and Advising!

In our fourth episode, we welcomed two Higher Education Advisory Council members, Brian and Carrie. With a large public focus, we were able to talk about size and scale and the complexities that come with each of our campuses. Both schools have a long history with Salesforce, so we took a trip back to the inception of Salesforce and what it looks like today. We ended with a deep dive into their One Stop Shops and learn more about what is on their roadmap.
