Episode 001: New Beginnings
This is the first episode of The Poet's Corner, hosted by two friends and fellow poets, Richard Renelique and Julian Alwyn Wilson.
Previously, the show had been started with Rich and another fellow poet and friend, Garrett Perkins. However, due to Garrett graduating, the show initially ran for an estimated 3-4 episodes. After Garrett moved on from the show, the mantle for his position as co-host, was passed onto Julian, to record on a consistent basis with several seasons to come.
Our show consists of candid conversations between us and occasional guests about poetry and its relationship to everyday life, current issues, and more. This episode reflects on new beginnings and the powerful effect a new start can have on one's life.
