Jess's spiritual journey began when she started having supernatural dream "experiences" that she could not explain. Terrified and bewildered, she was desperate for a spiritual mentor to guide her through these unexplainable circumstances. These mystifying visitations left her in need of tools that mainstream healing practices did not offer.
In her practice, she shares these tools and helps clients discover meaningful paths for their life journeys.

Ep. 7 - Treating addiction with Ketamine | Dr. Steve Rosonke
Dr. Steve Rosonke, MD, is one of those doctors who go the extra mile to help his patients. After years of treating addiction with traditional methods and seeing that many of his patients did not reach a place of healing, he searched for new interventions. This is how he found Ketamine, a substance that is so widely used that the World Health Organization lists it as one of the most essential medicines due to its therapeutic effects and the wide margin of safety.
In this interview, Dr. Steve talks about the use of Ketamine in the treatment of addiction: what it looks like, who benefits from it, costs, how long the treatment lasts, and everything you need to know to educate yourself on this topic.

Ep. 5 - The spiritual impact of psychedelics | Ryan Hoffman
Ryan Hoffman was raised as a conservative Christian, which informed his view that there is more out there than the material world we see. “I knew there were mysteries in the world, maybe God, Source, or Spirit,” he says. His openness took him on a path of curiosity that led to psychedelics, particularly LSD, cannabis, and psilocybin.
Today, he is a licensed Marriage and Family therapist working with a number of modalities including Transpersonal, Somatic, Emotion Focused Therapy, Humanistic, and Psychodynamic. Ryan also provides Ketamine treatment. In this interview, he explains what the treatment looks like, where to find it, and the impact it can have on the therapeutic process.
