Overall thoughts on Dawkins' latest book, what might be missing in the argument, and four book recommendations to expand the thinking on these topics.
Book Review - Richard Dawkins "Outgrowing God", Part I.
Initial thoughts and comments on the opening arguments in Richard Dawkins' book "Outgrowing God. A Beginner's Guide" (2019).
Bright Spot Theory, by Gabe Langhout. Gravitational Redshift of Distant Galaxies.
A great paper doing the math on GR showing how Newton's Shell Theorem might explain Redshift of increasing distances.

Book Review - Stephen Meyer's "Return of the God Hypothesis"
A quick review of Meyer's new book: "The Return of the God Hypothesis".
An important and eye-opening read!
Cells as nanomachines, and Meyers' first book "Signature of the Cell"
Thoughts on the "DNA Mystery", and Stephen Meyer's first book, plus half of his third (and just out) book "Return of the God Hypothesis".
We'll look at the biggest mysteries, and where to find new areas for exploration and discovery.

The Infinite Universe - w/Chris Brown
In this second talk with Chris Brown we're going more in detail through his book's proposal and how it sketches out both a limited "visible" cosmos for us - with a radius of 4200 Mpc, and an infinite Universe overall - where the density approaches zero with growing radius.
We're also comparing this with the cosmological theories by Roger Penrose and Stephen Hawking.

Redshift, Distant Galaxies and a great Book
First impressions from reading a great and interesting new book by Chris Brown.

The thesis is that Graviational Redshift is the cause of redshift of distant galaxies.
Great food for thought, to explore the foundations of the current cosmological models - and maybe discover new things!

Enjoy!
Light, the material Cosmos, and the Origin of Time in Dante's Paradiso.
How it all starts with a "Single Ray of Light" - and to which degree and in which ways this still corresponds with contemporary physics and cosmology.

Combined Measure Unit for Time and Distance
Thought Experiments about how to unite locally experienced time and accumulated movement, into a measure unit that can be balanced with standing still and the amount of experienced change/time. Thus creating a flexible and relative system of time, space, movement and change.
