E007 - My 3 unexpected learnings from having expansion come into my life in the past 6weeks

E041 - The 5 reasons why you're disconnected from your intuition
Are you typically resolving your problems, moments of decision or planning your next level goals with your head? Doing what sounds reasonable, like the next logical step or what seems to be the best thing for everyone? How is that working for you so far? If you're anything like me a couple of years ago this strategy is not working at all. E038 - How to deal with Emotional lows & Stuck Energy

E023 releasing mom guilt & developing unshakeable trust and confidence in me as a Mother
Coming out of 3 weeks of very intensive mom life being with both kids (toddler and 6 month old baby) at home by myself pretty much, because the kindergarten was closed due to corona virus & my husband physically at work, I confirmed my belief that motherhood is the toughest job on earth and mothers are the strongest humans.
I don't believe this just based on my own experience, but talking to so many friends who've had their first or second child recently and thinking about my mother's and grandmothers' experiences is confirming this belief time and time again.
Mothers are creating wonders every day, making the impossible possible. Giving their best just to make sure that their little wildlings are turning out the best way possible. Yet so many of us are constantly feeling like it's not enough, that we're bad moms or feel guilty for not being able to do it all.
When I started my journey as a mother, I felt all those things. But there were 3 things that I have learned over time that have allowed me to become the most confident mom and develop deep trust in myself as a mom. And guilt? No more chance with me you sucker.
And thinking about all those tough, strong, wonderful women out there who are experiencing those worries, doubts, fears, shames and feelings of guilt makes me really mad and sad. I don't want any mom who shows up every day giving her best to feel like a bad mom or guilty for wanting it all, the professional and personal success.

Too often I see people wanting to be more confident when in reality it's not confidence that they're after, but actually living from a place of power.

E016 Why your neediness for things to happen already is killing your desires
Have you ever wanted something so bad that you went above and beyond yourself and you still weren't able to make your goals a reality?
For the past two years this is exactly where I've been in business. It's also the place I've visited when I was trying to have another baby last year.
We all have those moments.
I'm sure you know this feeling of "I need this to happen already!"
It's this emotion when you feel desperation, frustration, disappointment and a tiny pinch of expectation all the same time.
