It is an insurance companies to take on risk. Which is another way of saying writing coverage. However there are certain times when a insurance company will not extend coverage.
Not so fast buster!
I came across a slow driver today. Two lane road, rural Mississippi, speed limit 55. I am not a fast driver but htis car was moving slower than me.

Be authentic, present Jesus through yourself and let your faith flood this world.
What the world needs is a.....
The 1970s were an exciting time to grow up in. I caught the tail end of one of the best eras to be alive in America. Vast changes in technology in the 1980s and 90s quickly robbed us. All the new gadgets were supposed to save us time, but we see where that has led us.
There was a time when everything shut down. Stores, Television, and Radio stations all had a curfew. Media shut down, and in return, America typically went to bed. That one thing we desperately need is time to rest.
What the world needs is a curfew.
Juggling Small Things
Is it easier to carry one large item or several items of equal weight?
Being a Wild Thing
One of the most beloved children's books of all time is "Where the Wild Things Are" written and illustrated by Maurice Sendak. Its a masterpiece and nothing could improve on this but trying to copy his stlye lead to this podcast. I hope yall like it.
Placement of the Sun/Son
Honour, like the shadow, follows those that flee from it, but flees from those that pursue it.
Never Lose This Key
If you are anything like me, well, then there are times when just being you frustrates you. Does that make sense? If it does, I think you will like this episode.
Four Daily Wins
We need four daily wins—spiritual, Physical, Financial, and Mental. Just small wins in these four areas of life will produce tremendous results. I borrowed this from Rev. Joseph Abshire and @tonymmcgrath

More Thrash Talk
We ought to thrash the devil every time we win. But we don't. We are too lovely in the church these days. We must let him know every time we win and laugh and rub it in his face. As my little cousin Braxton Adcock said, "Winners Win!"

Late Gifts
I received a late gift in the mail. It arrived three days after Christmas. The sender was very upset that it didn't get there on time. As I opened the box, I thought about how great it was to get another present. And I told myself, " Late gifts are the best gifts.'

You may be old but
I bought a 1955 Bulova watch in a thrift store. I thought I was buying just something to look at because it didn't appear to work at first. But after a few days of wearing it and taking the time to adjust the time, it has kept just as reliable time as the others in my collection.
The two age groups that enemy attacks the most is the young and old. The middle age folks are busy raising families, while the far ends have more time on their hands.
I don't need you to be used
We want to be used. Used in the sense of being appreciated by God or man. We want to leave our mark on this world. But what about the world to come?
Potential Details
Two words that have been rolling around inside my brian. Potential and Details. Heres what I think they mean for me.
Life Is A Maze Ing
Thats right. Life is a maze ing. Ever been in a maze? I have and I do not enjoy them but God showed me a valuable lesson in one the other day.

Surface matters. It will determine your speed and coordination. Whatever surface you're on will play a role in your success.
A Better Prayer Than "Pray For Israel"
The recent world stage events have showed me so many things but the one that stands out the most is, there is a better prayer than just "Pray For Israel."
But The Rain
Its been a long time since we have seen rain in my part of the world. Today it rained and our inside cat, Kit, decided he would escape for some fun.
I also appreciate Sis. Cara Hall leaving a great voice mail. I added it to the end of this episode, its defiantly worth the listen. Thanks sis.

Tactical Frog isn't A Fan
I wanted to try out my social media clout. Well, it didn't go as planed. So, back to the drawing board but it did teach me a lesson. Hopefully they will partner with me in the future. I admire their watches.

The Edward Hopper Artist Statement
Great art is the outward expression of an inner life in the artist, and this inner life will result in his personal vision of the world. Edward Hopper
Positively Toxic
Can a person be positively toxic with positivity? Enthusiasm is a much needed skill in todays market place. So since we have to feel something, why not feel positive?
Joe Namath Was Mid
Joe Namath is widley regarded as one of the all time great quarterbacks. Despite the fact he isn't in the top 50 in passing ayrds or touchdowns. But the one thing he has going for him, is that he won on the biggest stage there is.
Don't Assume It's Raining Everywhere
Mississippi has been in a drought this summer. But this afternoon the rain fell and it taught me a lesson today.
Don't Let me go to waste
As my ole grandmother used to say, "Don't let it go to waste."
You're Not always As Good As You Appear
You're never as good as you would like to appear. In fact, there are times when a person can seem better than they really are, and in those times we can deceive ourselves and others.
We can sometimes seem worse than we really are, too. I am glad that God is the one who sees our hearts and ultimately judges us.
Airport Chase/Run with confidence
I was determined not to let them out of my sight. This was my thought as I ran through the Dallas Fort Worth airport. Trying to make a connecting flight to Salt Lake City, Utah. That was eight years ago, and I can't remember their names, but I remember how they ran confidently from one side of the airport to the other.
The Junk Drawer
We all have a junk drawer somewhere in our home. It is a place we keep things we don't know what to do. Do I need this Popeys receipt from 2013? Well, I may do that. So, we keep it. And within a couple years, we have all sorts of stuff we don't know what to do with.
"Hope Dealer" Christian Troll
Internet trolls are as common as fleas on a dog. Now, I have never been trolled on social media often because my nature is to leave people alone. I don't have a big impressive vocabulary and can't type that fast.
The other reason is that I care about people's feelings and hate a bully.
A troll left a comment on one of my videos today, and I know precisely why it triggered me.
You Are Someones Answered Prayer
It may come as a shock, but you can be someone who answers prayer. Somebody could need something that only you can or are in a perfect position to provide.
Taking a recent survey call reminded me once again that God orders our steps.
Out Of The Way Places
My dad knew the best fishing was where everybody else wasn't. He had a special knack for finding these places. The same can be said about many other things.
The Letter
I hope this memory of mine from my early teen years helps someone today. I was reminded of it this past week and I still learn from it today.
The St. Charles Cherry Pie Incident
Not every situation is meant to have a nice fairy tale ending. Sometimes that next level or paradigm shift isn't what we expect it to be. We chase dreams that never come true, and in the end, disappointment awaits.
So what can we learn from disappointment?
Laughter
Laughter is powerful. A good belly laugh can totally change a person's day, and it has the power to transform an entire room. Laughter can also be used to hurt, which is never good. But another way laughter can be used is intimidation.
That's How The Days Work
That's how the days work. Walker, my little boy, said to me, and it got me thinking a lot. Days work for us and against us. Time moves and waits for no one. We have a best friend called time; on the other hand, time is our enemy.
Interview with Brian Henry & Heath Ellingburg
I sat down with my friends Brian Henry and Heath Ellingburg and had a wonderful conversation. Both of these men are quick with scripture and whit. I appreciate them giving a little of their time to my podcast.
Its not always what you think.
Art dominates my life. It always has. Much of the spiritual things I experience document the interaction between the natural and the man-made. Nature will always find a way to conquer man. And sometimes, I get an idea, which is what this podcast is about.
The Water Gun
My all-time favorite story my Dad used to tell me was about his ill-fated water gun. As the story goes, he was given a water gun and was told not to shoot it in the house OR especially his mother. Well, that's the first thing he did, squirt his mother. Upon warning him repeatedly, my grandmother finally told him, if you spray me one more time, you'll never see that gun again. Well...
Let's just say the gun was taken and pitched into the attic of their house. Although tragic for a three-year-old boy, that event gave our family years of comic relief, and this may sound weird, helped us through many tough times.
I placed a water gun in the attic of my house and didn't say anything about it. One day my oldest son Jaxon asked about it, and I got to tell him the story.
Predictable
When I was younger, I had a lot of moves when I played basketball. I would fake left and go right. A shot fake or a quick turn of my head. But now, not as much. I use the fastest and most energy-efficient move on the court. It's easy to become predictive in all areas of my life. Good and bad
Do your own homework.
Walker and I discussed homework this week and how important it is for him to do it. Nobody likes homework; my dad hated it when we had it. One day back when I was in fourth grade, I wanted to ride bikes, so my older brother and one of his friends offered to do it for me and let me play. What could go wrong?
