Through the eyes of teens is a podcast created by teens for teens to have a community, adults to understand their teens, and pre teens to know what to expect! Each episode we tackle a different topic through a teenage point of view and discuss the controversy and our thoughts through a series of interviews. Since we discuss thoughts through a teenage point of view and through teenage brains we consider this a mental health podcast because we want to help others mental health through this. :)
