It is up to You to Deep Dive into the unknown of your own darkness to discover all the New in you. It’s up to you to light the path and let God guide the way. God will Never leave you without. You will Never Lack because God will Always provide. This is Truth. Whether you Feel and Acknowledge that is on you. Just because You choose to be blind to the blessings being sent your way because they’re not coming in In the way you want them to, doesn’t mean God isn’t showing up and showing out. We remember that they are people going through their own experiences and we recognize that They may need help regulating and expressing Their emotions too. Sometimes -Often times- parents need Re-parenting too. Be patient with yourSelf so you may come into that same patience with Them and everyone around you. We talk about single moms and the importance of finding time for yourSelf. And we also discuss Soft/Stern Energy. Shoutout to all the Real men out there- the Men that show emotion, show affection, that aren’t too Cool or too Tough to show that they care, the Honest men, the caring men. Women- remember that not All man operate from a distorted place. There‘s men who are truly tuned into their Divinity, to be able to Welcome that energy in with Love though, you must recognize yourSelf first. Heal and come to peace with the situations from your past so you may elevate into Higher alignment with the beautiful energy that Can surround you. And Men, please stop thinking that you have to thug it out. Sometimes it’s okay to Cry it out. May you have people in your life who encourage you to express yourself openly, without judgment. Growing is a Personal choice. Remove yourself from environments that hinder your growth. There is no growth and your comfort zone. Take the risk for yourself, you will always win when you choose yourself. What you’re not willing to do for yourself, you can’t expect others to do for you. Show up for you so you can be aligned with lovelike souls. Don’t let your generational trauma hinder your growth, you make your Ancestors soul proud when you choose to do the things they didn’t have the courage to do. Take accountability, just because the generations before you pass down the trauma does NOT mean you have to keep passing it onto those after. Transmute all of your pain into Peace. Cultivate community - Surround yourself with loving individuals who love you the way You love you, or More! Inspire one another to love yourself More. Having peace within allows you to walk through the world with peace, it shows you that there is beauty in every situation no matter how hard life gets, cultivate the peace within yourself. You are already the light in the darkness, you don’t have to fear. Trust yourself. A warm hug and extra protective wishes to my loves who may be spending holidays with toxic family this weekend- Remember to choose your battles and Protect your peace. As we go into the Darkest time of the year (Winter Solstice) remember that YOU Are the Light in the darkness. You are the way Out and you are the way Through the darkness. We understand that your Human Self has a hard time sitting at home with their thoughts and emotions, maybe it’s uncomfortable. But your Divine self is truly urging you to sit with self and Connect, get comfortable with the discomfort. Society is soul disconnected from Self, Nature, and Each Other. Remember that you are a natural being. You are All Natural, nature is already within and around you. Connecting with nature connects you to Self- Connecting to Self connects you to Others! You are You are Already enough. Already Divine. Imagine a world where Holi-days were utilized for self improvement and growth, rather than Doing and Consuming. What if family gathered More than once or twice a year. Don’t let the darkness drown you, it’s meant to bring things Into your awareness to teach you. It’s not there to punish you. Choose to Grow through the darkness, your Light is the love you need to water those seeds. Embrace the shadows that live in the dark. Meet them with Love and Compassion. Cultivate your community. Many things came up for me this week, and amongst the emotions I realized- I am BLESSED to have the ability to Feel- to truly and wholeheartedly experience emotion. As I connected the dots from my childhood I recognized some patterns; of abandonment, which lead to people pleasing, which led to loss of identity, which Then led to self hate. And as I recognized that- I Remembered that I No longer have to carry those feelings with me. I am Here, Now, in this Present moment. Donati will Never let me forget that. And Orion will Never let me dim my Light. We are destined for Greatness! And that awareness starts with Gratitude.
