I figured I’d close out my 1st season of #TABOOISH with a treat! Join me for a candid talk about how casual sex can throw you off balance and my plan to take a hiatus and move towards celibacy (I think. That’s the PLAN).

In this solo talk, I talk about how entering a new chapter, season, or endeavor in your life can spiritually attract negative forces and energies, influenced by a recent sleep paralysis episode (featuring “The Lady in Red”). I also discuss how my spiritual journey began, how spirituality and mindset relates to our current path, and my direct experiences with the spiritual realm, “Heaven” and “Hell”, and crossing paths with negative and positive spirits.

This solo talk will cover my experience having social anxiety and how it contributes to my regular awkward moments, how anxiety is processed and some advice on how to cope. 

In this episode, I discuss communication advice I received from my therapist- the importance of communicating boundaries/delivering them effectively and differences between passive, passive-aggressive, aggressive, and assertive communication.
